Options+ can't install on windows 10

Cannot install Logitech Options+ on my Windows 10 PC. The installer loads, downloads the package, unpacks, and installs. Then it disappears and nothing happens. I cant get options on my windows 10 connect to flow on my mac running options+ AND I cna't uninstall Options+ from my mac...
(PS have opened up TCP/UDP ports in windows firewall and allowed all located logi files in the windows firewall... )

    Your "upgrades" have made my Logitech Flow decices malfunction and I re-install either Options or Options Plus. I am very angry, and your chatbot is utterly useless, keeps asking the same questions over no matter how I provide it with the necessary info. And ignores repeated requests to contact a human agent
