  1. Standard Features are missing in Options+

    Standard Features are missing in Options+

    Today Logitech Options asked me to install Logi Options+. According to official website "Options+ has the same great features as Options" (original quote)! And Options+ is no longer a beta version. That's why I installed the current version of Options+ today.

    BUT two importent standard features are now missing:
    - DuoLink (second function for the mouse buttons when clicking the fn key on keyboard)
    - Disable special keyboard keys, i.e. caps lock, num lock, scroll lock

    Can you please tell me the reasons for this! It's really incomprehensible and classic mismanagement. For me, this…

  2. Issue with mapped keys in explorer

    In windows explorer, after opening the preview pane, the keyboard combinations set to the function keys will no longer work in explorer unless you close explorer and reopen.

  3. Backlight bug with Figma focused on M1Mac

    Sorry if this is the wrong place for this issue. I use my MX Keys Mini with Logi + and keep the backlighting turned off to save battery. However, the backlight comes back on whenever Figma is focused on my computer. This does not affect usability for me, I just thought it was an interesting bug. Thanks for the great products!

  4. Scrolling etc stops working

    My scrolling stopped working. In Logi Options+ I have a red box that says "Fix Device". After clicking it, the message says "Google Chrome is preventing the device from being recognized. Please restart Google Chrome." I tried completely closing Chrome and confirmed it is gone from the list of running applications, but this error is still happening.

    I tried deleting the device from Logi Options+ and from my bluetooth list, then re-pairing it again. The error remains but now says "is preventing the device..." - i.e. the name of the problem application is empty.

  6. Options+ transition not explained, and no icon for flow toggle.

    1. The process of moving from Options to Options+ has been far from seamless, involving restarting my computers and an unresponsive Options+ app on my Mac.

    2. After the restarts, the old Options icons in the menubar/notification have gone. Now it seems that to temporarily turn flow off, I have to open the Options+ app and go through two screens to find the toggle switch. Can you bring back the icon?

    options+驱动下，anywhere3在mac safari浏览器的主页（个人收藏页）不能使用中键的新建标签页中打开链接功能，而其他网页大部分都可使用，少部分如macwk也无法使用。PS: 在旧版options驱动下，是没有这个问题

    Caps Loch screen overlay should be disableable from settings because it stays on the way. The led on the kBo is enough.

  11. LIFTをBluetooth接続した場合 Logi Options+の各ボタンの設定ができない

    旧LogiOptionsがインストールされているパソコンにLIFTマウスをBluetoothで接続し、Logi Options+が必要と出てインストールしましたが、ボタンの設定が出来ませんでした。Boltをつなげていると設定ができましたが、Boltを外してBluetooth接続だけにするとボタンの設定は反映されませんでした。
    そしてOptions+には謎の半透明のマウスの画像が大量に出てくるようになりました。
    全く使えるような状態になっていないので早くなんとかしてほしいです。

  15. Flowの設定がうまくいかない

    Options+をインストールし、
    別のチャネルでマウスも接続、
    ネットワークも同一のものに接続しているのですが、
    『コンピュータが見つかりません』と表示されてしまいます。
    Flowのセットアップができません。

  16. Mouse Movement - Gestures

    Gestures mouse movement.

    The gesture function needs long mouse movements in order to be executed. For some, this is good for it avoids missclicks but in my case, I prefer smooth and short movements as it makes things faster. This issue didn't happen with the previous Logi Options. Adding the option to change how long the mouse needs to be moved for the action to run would be a great idea.

    Flow stopped working despite disconnecting computers and reconnecting them. Also having mouse scroll issues when editing a file in 1Password application.

  19. Software

    There should be one unified software for gaming and office hardware. Running both at the same time takes too much resources and the insane ammount of disk space for something that should be just a driver. Absolutely horrendous software. Everything should be configurable from website level with no software running in the background.

  20. logioptionsplus_updater Using High CPU and Energy

    Unfortunately, the "logioptionsplus_updater " task in the activity monitor uses a HUGE amount of (to the tune of 38 threads and nearly 348% of CPU. It seems you have a memory leak.
