  2. Missing options: Adobe Premiere Pro

    Hello there,

    I couldn't be able to assign scrolling action for Premiere Pro to work with G Master 3X. There is no command list appears inboth logioptions and +beta versions.

    I want to create an action that; when scrolling physical wheel to get vertical scroll in PR Pro.

    Can you help me to solve this situtation?

  3. 動作しないときがある

    Bluetooth接続でサイドボタン以外がすべて動かなくなるときがある。
    WIndowsで立ち上げた時、スリープから復帰したとき、マウスがパソコンと離れて戻ってきたときなど。
    接続はできている。サイドボタンが動くため。

    The software is troublesome. I constantly have to restart Chrome or Messages because the MX Master 3 for Mac stops functioning (scroll wheel, buttons, etc.)

  9. Options+ does not work after waking PC from sleep

    When I wake my PC (Windows 10 64bit) from sleep, sometimes Logi Options+ does not initialize properly. None of my programmed settings for my MX Master 3 or my MX Keys work when this happens, and I cannot open the Options+ app! I need to restart my PC to fix this bug. Please patch this bug!!

  10. Won't detect devices on macOS beta

    Options+ installer app not launching normally on macOS 13 beta.
    but It is possible to install the app using sudo command with terminal app and also it's possible to launch, but my mouse(Logi Lift Vertical) connected with bluetooth or USB Receiver won't detect successfully. please fix this!

  11. key stuck when I receive a notification sound.

    Wile I'm using my mxkey and receive a sound notification on microsoft teams one of the key change to pressed state and start to repeat a character.

  12. inactive mouse effecting my work

    Please can you let me know how I can stop my mouse becoming inactive. This is really effecting my workflow and therefore deadlines. I rely heavily on shortcuts etc and have done for years and this is a problem. I'd appreciate you advice

    I don't see the apply to all apps feature the previous version had, I would hope it gets re-added. Also it would be nice if one could choose which apps it should be applied to.

  14. MX Keys 'New mail' shortcut

    I really miss mapping 'New mail' action (for Outlook) to App menu button (Sc lock) on MX Keys. In old Options app this was possible.
    Also, will be MX Vertical mouse be integrated to Options+ anytime soon? I'm using SetPoint, Options and Options+ and it looks only Options is partially blocked by my corporation via Zscaler so I need to open it few times per day to have it working...

  17. lefty mouse no switch left & right buttons

    hello,
    i am a lefty. glad to see logitech to provide (again) a lefty mouse. now because it is a lefty mouse, should it not by default and automatically switch the left & right buttons ? . if not at least provide that facility from within the 'smart logi software' who compare to other offers very limited option for my mouse logi m650L

  18. 鼠标在win11系统，不停的“停用”

    电脑升级到WIN11以后，MASTER3总是出现动不动就断掉的情况。在Options+上面就会显示“下载……”然后设备“停用”状态。鼠标恢复时间待定……用在其他WIN10系统的电脑上就没有这个问题

  20. Mouse should Switch with Keyboard!!!

    Hello I really love this mouse and keyboard. My only issue is that when I click the button to switch the PC it's connected to, it should also switch my Master 3 mouse. Instead I have to flip my mouse over and switch the mouse too. It appears some people have found a way to switch both at the same time.
