  1. Disable AI as it is against Security Policy

    I need the ability to disable the AI features completely. It is tripping IT security warnings on my Win 11 laptop due to policies regarding which AI we can use and cannot.

  2. I don't want any AI

    I'm sorry but I do NOT want any AI in my basic mouse software. I don't understand why anyone would even think about adding this ******** feature instead of focusing on reliability, performance & security of this esential piece of software that complements a lot of logitechs products. I repeat, I do NOT want this and I wish it were removed.

    Need ON/OFF toggle for AI Prompt Builder.

    Hi there. I appreciate AI Prompt Builder as an idea, but I want to disable the background process app. There should be a way to deactivate the app as a preference IMO. Thank you for your time.

    For God's sake, why is there an AI tool in my MOUSE DRIVER SOFTARE? Honestly, this is the type of stuff that makes me rethink buying Logitech hardware ever again.

  6. Remove AI builder from top menu bar if AI builder is disabled in the settings

    In spite of the "AI builder" being disabled in the options, there is an icon for it in the top bar of the driver menu which, upon every accidental mouseover, opens a HUGE popup advertising this "feature". Can this please be removed in a future revision? I need to use my mouse for productive work, not to play with "AI".

    auto-enabling the Logi AI Prompt Builder is unethical insane behavior that makes it impossible for me to ever recommend your products to any living person regardless of the quality. It's ethically garbage behavior being shoved as an auto-on thing.

    I would literally rather eat a lightbulb than use this *. Why the * is it auto-enabled

  9. Stop with the "AI" rubbish

    Hi,
    I have a DELL Latitude 3520 running Windows 10 Pro, v.22H2
    Logi options upgraded itself this morning when I booted the laptop.
    However, after logging in, the laptop failed to display the desktop, and just sat in black.
    Triggering Task Manager, I could see that the second busiest process was 'Logi AI'. Ending that task immediately displayed the desktop and normal service is resumed.
    I have disabled the AI function in Logi options.
    Please refrain from enabling that sort of untested **** in updates.

  11. Remove AI and atone

    Disabling the AI Prompt Builder in the settings should remove all mention of it from the main dashboard.
    Better would be for it to be an entirely removeable component, even better it would not be there in the first place, and ideal would be for anyone who thought it was a good idea made to sit in the corner and think about what they've done.

    I'm not happy with the new AI powered bloatware. Strongly considering hardware that doesn't come with this nonsense in the future.

  13. AI feature useless

    REf the AI tool to rephrase texts. Presently it is useless as you cannot paiste text into the box. So I use chatgpt, gemini or copilot to do this work as they accept paisted comments. Its beyond be;ief you released a completely usless tool.

  14. AI is not inherently installed in your Logitech.

    The AI is a feature for people that use it. It is not in your logitech build. It is more a trigger to chat GPT.

    This is why people need to learn about AI. It is in more things than people know. To get worried about it here isn't an issue. I really hope people educate themselves on AI as a subject. An idea would be to show people how AI actually works because I guarantee everyone that posted here is spreading a false narrative. Saying things like my logi has AI and I can't get rid or won't…

  15. Existing Software issues and New AI Prompt is Unneeded

    What is this AI prompt ****? Just allow my mouse to work as a mouse, please. Every time the software needs to update itself or pester me, the mouse functionality is paused until I clear whatever notice the app is giving. It's a real hindrance.

  17. Remove AI associations and other bloat

    I am dissatisfied about the bloat that this application has become. I've used it since it was Logitech Unifying, and almost every feature you add I don't need and is on by default. The only good update was customizing my mouse buttons. I just want to set my mouse buttons up and leave all the other **** off.   19. AI prompt builder not working properly

    So i set up the AI prompt builder on one of the buttons on my logitech LIFT mouse. But when I select text and press that button, it takes me directly to chat gpt without the words copy and pasted directly onto the prompter... why is this happening? Could you fix this up for me?
