MX Vertical mouse uncontrollable after updates
my MX Vertical mouse connected via bluetooth is uncontrollable. I select text, it jumps the text to other parts of my screen. I select a portion of text, it deselects where I started and ends further than I tried to select. I try to drag a file or object, it jumps around and drops it wherever it pleases without me releasing the button. Why?!

Leider sehe ich keinen Mauszeiger auf meinem Bildschirm. Habe alles bereits probiert. Die Nummer der Combo lautet 2517CE0074Y9 . Vorraussichtlich werde ich dieses Produkt nach 2 Tagen probieren zurück. Bin sehr enttäuscht. LG Rafael Roldan

autodesk fusion360設定mx master 3的profile時可以正確識別
但是用MX Creative Console 卻不行

Malfunctioning Software on all operative systems
I've been a logitech user for more than 16 years. I know how to set up a device. I've been having issues with the devices for at least 2 years.
Devices keep connected but the key assignments just stop working. All of them. Mouse and Keyboard. I had old devices like the marathon mouse and the k710 keyboard.
Bought new devices that are supported by logioptions + since I thought that was the issue.
Well no, I got the Triathlon mouse combo with the MK780
Same issue.
If I open logioptions+ stuff keep working.
A few moments later the software closes and a few moments later stuff stop working.
Copy paste, special key assignments.
This has been going on for a long time already.
So either you fix this or I can send you back all the products. The latest products were purchased TODAY. The older versions were purchased less than a year ago.
So if you don't have this glitch fixed I'd happily mail you all the products and I'd love to get a refund since it's not working as promised.
I have a windows device at home, new computer designed for gaming so performance is excellent.
I have a macbook M4 at work, same issue. Computer is brand new, 3 months old.

Logi+ does not startup propery on Windows 11 after multiple sleep-wake up cycles
When computer is sleeping/hibernating
Logi+ application service is not running properly.I see "click here to restart service" text at bottom and this is also not working.
Only thing working is a complete shutdown-restart of the computer.My computer is turned on about 15 hours everyday including holidays. I do not shutdown my computer. It is really very rare that I shutdown it. I almost always use sleep or hibernate.
This sleep-ware up cycles are breaking something in Logi+ service application on Windows 11. If you do that enough the Logi+ application service is not working properly and Logi+ application is not starting up.

Need a logitec lift left vertical mouse for large hands!
I tried and love your logitech lift left vertical mouse BUT its too small for my hand!
This was the second one I tried and felt natural for my fingers and I love the button click but the size cause me pain.
I now have the m650 left which can't compare to the vertical format.1 vote -

Can't create Logi account through the link
Can't create a Logi account through the redirected link Logi Options+ sends me. I try to create it through my google account, get redirected to a blank page and nothing happens.

KILL THE IDIOT BUTTONS ON MX MASTER 3S!
If I "inadvertently" lose a single browser or open application to some "hidden" screen on my Windows 10 laptop one more time, due to accidentally hitting some ASININE buttons on my (2ND) MX Master 3S mouse, I am going to take the mouse, along with every single other "premium" Logitech peripheral I have bought over the years (around 30) and I will go "Office Space" on them -- I will take them all in my car to some grassy clear spot outside, and proceed to beat the living sht out of each device with a baseball bat, until they are all reduced to what they truly are: GARBAGE!!!

Please fix MX ergo options
My MX Ergo ball mouse with USB unify adapter goes to "sleep" after 2 minutes and when moving the curser waking it up, it moves in the "pression mode" for 2-4 seconds for no reason then goes to normal speed. Also I mapped the default "page forward" and "page back" buttons to volume up and down, it reverts to page back function when its fallen asleep so when I go to turn the volume down it makes the browser go to the previous page. It's very very annoying. Please fix. An option to keep the mouse "always awake" or to be able to adjust the "time till sleep mode activation" would be a good fix in Logi options+ software.

USB Unifying Receiver Ghosted
The App on This Laptop is No longer Registering My Perfectly functioning USB Unifying Receiver.
I Did have A TON of Issues with it Lately, when it was Constantly Bugging it Up with an Incessantly ON/OFF Signaling, that is whenever it just weren't Registering any USB Unifying Receiver Connecting Devises at All, but Now it's gone completely USB DEAD.
