  1. Access Battery Check Key

    My MK540 keyboard is connected to a desktop. I would like to remap the Battery Check key using either Logi Options+ or another program, but it appears that key is inaccesable when not connected to a laptop.

  2. New Teams Doesn't Have Mic and Camera Options

    Microsoft Teams recently launched 'New Teams', which is a separate application the the preexisting Teams. The 'New Teams' doesn't have options for binding mute/unmute and camera on/camera off, to the mouse buttons. The old Teams app had these options with this mouse and it was great.

  3. Charging never shows complete

    Logi Options+ v1.62 has a bug. When charging my mouse [MX Master 3] it indicates charging but never fully charged, even hours later. This has been on-going since switching to Logi Options+. Logitech Options displayed when the battery was fully charged. This is irritating to me. Please fix.

    Logi Options+ often randomly loses connection with the mouse, so my mappings, sensitivity, etc. are suddenly lost. Real PITA ux.

    Rendiamo la Logitech Craft compatibile con questa APP cortesemente? E' una delle prime tastiere che dovrebbe essere supportata solo per il costo che ha. Dai su, forza!!

  6. Gestures no longer working.

    Hi there. I think there is an issue with the gestures action on the MX Vertical right now. I used to have my buttons configured to actions such as "Copy" and "Paste" but all of a sudden those don't work anymore.

    For example, when I'm in Google Sheets, when I press the button for Copy, it simply inputs 'C' into the cell. Its as if the "Command" button is no longer registering. I tried this in other apps outside of the web browser, and the problem persists. Would you be able to assist with this?

  8. Issue fix

    When it works, its great, but at least several times a month, it stops working. Do you know how hard it is to troubleshoot when your mouse isn't working? Quite often this seems after an update. Turning it on and off has NEVER fixed the issue, I always have to delete and "add new device", I have to do all this using the tab key to go from option to option. Note that when the feedback screen pops up, there is no option to use the keyboard to skip the box. Please fix this random disconnect (possibly after an update)

  10. Elección disco de arranque iMac

    Buenos días,
    he comprado este teclado para usarlo en el iMac. Me ocurre el siguiente problema. Teniendo dos sistemas operativos instalados, no puedo acceder al disco de arranque donde elijo con qué sistema operativo voy a funcionar. En el anterior teclado (original de apple) se hacia pulsado alt (option) junto con el de arrancar el ordenador y mantenelo, antes de que arrancara en el sistema operativo por omisión, con este no consigo hacerlo.

  14. Discontinued Keyboards

    Budget friendly keyboards.

    It is apparent you have gone all-in with the MX Master keyboards, but in doing so, discontinued many of your other keyboards that filled a gap in the market share.

    The K800 and K740 were my 'go to' keyboards. I wanted backlighting with a built-in palm rest. Now there are ZERO Logitech keyboards that do this!

    I will never buy the Master keyboard. It's functionality does not fit my needs without the built in palm rest, and I've gotten accustomed to wired.

  15. Side-scrolling for the Anywhere MX Mouse (please bring the feature back)

    Please bring side-scrolling back to the mouse wheel for the Anywhere MX Mouse.

    I would have bought the 3 or 3s, but without the side-scrolling feature, which was on the 1, 1s, 2 and 2s, I won't be upgrading.

    Please keep this in mind for when you release the Anywhere MX 4!

  16. poor experience

    mouse stopped working for no reason, so I uninstalled and the uninstaller didn't uninstall Logi+ software properly, then I went to download it again and the installer told me that the files were still there and that it needed to clean them up. Then it started working again once I clicked on Add device. Two things:
    1. Why does this need a software that can be a vulnerability for the mouse to work? It's just a mouse.
    2. I will disable Automatically install updates because I don't want another surprise

  17. fn remapping stops working from time to time

    I use logi keyboard and use logi options + to remap function keys (say instead of f3 to display task view, i remap it to lower volume) ; however, remapping sometimes stops working. whenever that happens, i launch options + and the problem is solved. however, it just occurs from time tot time and it's annoying

  20. Clicking noises when switching applications

    Everytime I am switching applications on my Macbook, my MX Master 3 makes weird clicking noises, and I think it is the front wheel.
