How do I see my USB wireless mouse in this infernal app?
I have a wireles mouse. Impossible to work out how to even connect to this software (the mouse is functioning fine with the system, just not showing in this weird app. the only option seems to be Bluetooth, yet that's not it.

Horizontal Scrolling
The Horizontal scroll in excel is now buggy since last update. If I use the split pane feature. Horizontal scrolling between the two panes does not work properly. Only one pane is affected by horizontal scrolling even if i am hovering or clicking another pane. Vertical Scrolling however is fine. I am convinced this a software issue. How do i fix this?

Easy switch both mouse and keyboard with one switch
we need to be able to switch both the mouse and keyboard with just the easy switch buttons on the keyboard.
so with one button on the keyboard both the mouse and keyboard would switch to the next device

Flow stops working after update.
Every time there is an update Flow stops working until I launch LogiOptions and acknowledge the update. This is very poor UX and not very professional looking.

What happened?
This app is not very user friendly, nor did your troubleshooting page help me connect the MX Mini to my windows 11 computer. It used to run flawlessly, but in the last month it just doesn't work at all with Windows 11. Works fine on my Macbook, but won't even pair on the Windows box. keeps asking me to reconnect the device, but then will not allow it to pair.

hi, when my mouse drops to 20 percent, it often starts behaving as if the computer freezes (I've been using it for 1 year now), when I plug in the charging cable, the cursor starts working properly again, I can record a video, guys, tell me what's wrong, it's terrible, maybe there will be an update that will fix it?
