Failure
It is very seldom that I am so unsatisfied with a software. It downloaded an update an now it doesn't recognize my 100 Euro mouse.

Software Improvement
I am sad to report that Logitech has some of the most bloated software in history, and Logi Options Plus takes up more than 290MB of RAM just doing nothing.
The idea is that Logitech could provide a minimal set of efficient drivers and not let your software team ruin the business for your hard working hardware team.
With the current state of Logitech software this will weigh heavily on our company's future purchasing decisions.

copying profiles from previous devices
Copy profiles and button setups from previous devices. Its pathetic that you make this you beaut mouse but if I want to upgrade or get a new one I have to set every single freaking button up from scratch again.

As configurações personalizadas dos botões do mouse não se permanecem quando o aplicativo é atualizado, mesmo com login. Tendo que configurar toda vez. Isso é muito inconveniente, principalmente quando há diversos aplicativos.

Tighten up memory and CPU management
Why does this app use so much memory and eat up all of the CPU after just a couple days? I have to force quit Options+ daily to prevent this.

flow功能中按住Ctrl移动鼠标可以触发flow功能，建议增加按住鼠标键（例如mx master3的拇指按钮或中键等）就可以实现flow的跨屏移动，或者用另一种方法在设置鼠标键功能时增加模拟Ctrl等修饰键的功能，这样也可以实现按住鼠标键跨屏。

Funções personalizadas não funcionam antes de abrir o software Logi Options+
Não raramente, as funções atribuídas ao botão de "Gestos" ou aos botões de "Avançar" ou "Voltar" não funcionam corretamente, assumindo a configuração padrão e não a personalizada. É necessário abrir manualmente o software Logi Options+ para que as funções atribuídas aos botões voltem a funcionar corretamente.
Atualmente uso o MX Master 3S conectado via bluetooth em um notebook com Windows 11. Já tive os mesmos problemas quando usava o Windows 10.

Global Logitech Issue to Resolve
I have been using PC's since the early 1980's, starting with MS DOS 1.x. I have been using Logitech devices for over 10 years now. Your user interface needs to be reviewed, overhauled and simplified. I own the MX Keys S, Brio webcam and MX Master 3S, and have to say, they are not 'plug 'n play'. Anything but! You would be well served to fix this, not to mention the people who needlessly, FRUSTRATINGLY and unnecessarily waste time dealing with these issues. Thank you.

Set F1,F2 standard function key mode setting by App
I run a large suite of development apps, all needing the F1-F12 keys to be function keys. All other apps and general Mac usage, I want F1-F12 to be standard Mac keys (brightness, music control etc).
Please all us to set the "Use F1, F2 etc. keys as standard function keys" on the application level so we don't have to program 12 individual keys for each app.

Unable to remove previously paired device
I had a keyboard paired to Logi Options+ which I then sold. However I hadn't removed it from Logi Options+ beforehand and now I cannot remove it at all as I need to turn it on and then off according to the instructions.
Surely I should be able to delete it from devices since I no longer own the device?

Copy settings from one device to another
Please allow to copy the settings of one device to another. For example my current mouse is reaching the maximum click it can take and making double clicks. And I'm planning to buy a mouse from Logi still but I have this problem in my mind that I needed to reset-up everything again to make it function like my current mouse. Copying a setting from my current my to the mouse I'm planning to buy would be an easy set-up.

Keyboard losing Smart Actions key bindings
The Smart Actions assigned to my keyboard keys, keep being reset, losing functionality! I have to open Logi+ app and reconfigure them almost everyday.
