    Dear Logitech Support,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you about some issues I have been experiencing with my Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse and the Options+ software.

    I use this mouse extensively. I have one for each of my computers and I have been recommending it to coworkers, family, and friends, and personally give a few as gifts to some of them due to its ergonomic design and customizable buttons.

  4. Reduce the RAM usage of Logi Options

    Bloatware:
    Logi Options is bloatware using 375.5MB of RAM.

    You've recently updated the app for Logi Options to include a bunch of AI stuff. In the process, or possibly prior, it seems you have met the definition of bloatware quite thoroughly. Bloatware is software that uses up resources without doing anything useful.

    No one is using their mouse driver software for AI....

  10. Minimize to system tray

    It should be possible to minimize Logi Options+ to system tray.

    As far as I understand, the configuration that is done in the app is only active while the app is running and yet, there is no way to minimize the app to the system tray, which is just unacceptable. I don't want the Logi app to take up screen real estate on my taskbar, just so that my mouse and keyboard will behave properly. This should be fixed asap.

    **** your AI BS. It's running too many processes in the background without my permission. There is absolutely zero reason to put ChatGPT on this app that is supposed to just be for changing mouse and keyboard options. Get rid of it.

    Backend connection issue Windows 11 pro, tried some of the workarounds on this forum but nothing worked software entirely broke after adding MX mechanical keyboard along side my MX master 3s lost all presets for my MX Master, latest update broke all the shortcuts I have for the app both on the task bar and start menu.

    Currently, the Logi software does not have a Ukrainian localization. More and more Ukrainians want to use software in their native language, and this number will grow if there is software with Ukrainian localization. In addition, Logi products and software sold in Ukraine must comply with Ukrainian legislation.
    It is not true that the Ukrainian market is unprofitable, as some may say. The Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Romania have smaller populations than Ukraine. However, there are many software localized for these countries.

  18. LogiAiPromptBuilder power consumption due to to high timer resolution

    I looked at the windows energy report after running powercfg /energy

    And in the list of applications requesting more frequent wakeups is:

    \ProgramData\Logishrd\LogiOptionsPlus\logiaiprompt_builder\LogiAiPromptBuilder.exe

    Setting a wakeup time for the CPU at 1ms.
    Why does the logitech AI software need to make the CPU wake up more often?

    This negatively impacts my computer power consumption for no reason.

    Please ask your developers to revise their code.

  19. Remove that **** ai_overlay_tmp folder from my HOME directory

    Whichever developer thought that it's a great idea to place that ai_overlay something something folder in my HOME directory needs a **** check. Please please if you're going to put it into the home folder, at least place a **** dot before it so that it's hidden, but that would be a bandaid on the problem. I would be very happy if that folder was placed in the "Application Support". Thanks.

  20. Provide option to disable AI prompt

    Please, please give us a way to DISABLE your bloated AI prompt *. I don't want it, it is useless, takes up compute cycles, and you have forced it on me with no way to disable it. If others want it, fine, but don't jam it down everyone's throat just to advertise of *** AI angle.
