  3. Bad Mouse on a Mac

    Yout gotta fix the connectivity with a mac the the universal plug. i can not get the mouse to ever be smooth or precies. it pauses and darts across the screen. No matter what i reset, resintall etc.

  4. Nothing of Value Works in Win 11

    M720 mouse with brand new Windows 11 and none of the buttons do anything that they've been set to do in Options+. They do things but what they do when pressed I know not. I have tried both BT and unifying receiver and get the same result. It doesn't matter if I am in an app or just using Windows - programmed functions do not work. I have tried assigning 'Copy' to the left-tilt 3 di9fferent ways with the same result. And it's not like I haven't been doing this for the last 15 years or so. It's always messed…

  7. MX Tastatur verliert Verbindung wenn ein Spiel gespielt wird

    Hallo
    Seit dem letzten Update (V 1.88.97541) verliert mein Key MX Tastatur manchmal die Verbindung wenn ich Spiele (World of Warships). Es kann vorkommen, dass die Verbindung sich nicht mehr herstellt bis ich das Spiel beendet habe.
    Können Sie dies bitte überprüfen und den Bug korrigieren?
    Gab kein Update vom WoWs sondern trat auf seit dem ich das Logi Options+ Update gemacht hatte.

  9. I keep on losing app specific keys asignation

    I keep on losing my setup! Every one or two weeks i lose all the specific key assignations I chose for different apps. Ive got a MX Master 3S mouse and I use Windows 11. It is really frustrating and it makes me lose a lot of time! Please solve this problem!!!

    Why hasn't the MX Vertical been updated with a track anywhere (on glass) sensor and usb bolt dongle compatibility? I have an MX Anywhere 3S and MX Mini Keyboard, but use a knock off $20 vertical mouse that copies the exact design of your MX Vertical. This is because I REFUSE to pay $100 for a mouse that doesn't have track anywhere. I love the vertical MX mouse but it's seriously time for a refresh of that product. Hopefully it has AA batteries and not internal too, but your company is king of making things to break or be replaced…

  11. 'Vertical flip' (mirror mode) option for webcams in Options+

    Please add a option for webcams (my is Brio 4k) to 'vertical flip' (or 'mirrror side', etc.). Now when I turn my head to left, on the monitor it turns right (and vice versa).

  12. MX Master 3S side buttons dont work in some apps

    Hello. I have a question regarding my mouse MX Master 3S. back and forward buttons unresposive in some apps. Especially in Nvidia GeForce Now - where i play games through cloud service, and i cant use back and forward buttons there. I tried some combinations in Logi Options + app, but they all dont work. Also i tried uninstalling Options+ completely - and after that buttons did work fine. But though i lost some mouse functionality like thumb button etc. When I installed Options+ back again - its the same situation - and side buttons doesnt recognized

    Earlier I said it doesn't work, but if I log in to Logitech, it works. Why on Earth would I have to log in to an online account, so that I can change options on local devices!? :-(

  14. Stop ******* removing shortcuts to the program from my Desktop

    Goddamitt for ***** sake, STOP removing the shortcuts I have placed on the desktop for Logi Options when you update the ******* program. If an icon or shortcut is there on the desktop, DON'T ******* REMOVE IT. Replace it, if you have to....but DON'T remove it. Again for those of you dense and stupid, when updating/upgrading DO NOT Remove shortcuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. Can't Reinstall Options Plus?

    Your Main opening page is not at all welcoming with out opening or giving a way to open Options+ (for my two M510) mouse. It has been a royal pain not being able to override it even after removing the Options+ flus from the "Programs and Features" in Windows! Why can't I get a download for Options+ that works on my windows 10/11 PC's (after a mishap with an update App???
    In older Logi days this wasn't a problem! Why? and How to get an Options+ download for my PC that works to reinstall Options+ ????? Please, respond ASAP to …

  16. Make the software available on the Logitech site.

    I have been trying to reinstall Logi Options+ but every thing I try doesn't work? I have uninstalled in Windows 10 on my Lenovo 64bit, 32ram PC.
    Why? And how can I get the software to reinstall Options+?
    Also Why does Logitech have Passwords, etc. Are they afraid some one will steal it to work on some other brand of Mouse???
    I have been trying to reinstall for a couple of hours!

    i have a logitech mx master 3s. It has two buttons on the side and a horizontal scroll wheel in addition to the usual left and right click buttons plus scroll wheel. I also have the software installed. I want to change the horizontal scroll wheel to normal vertical scrolling and the side buttons to also left- and right click, but the software doesnt have these actions listed when assigning new functions. I inhured my pointer finger and need to use my thumb instead

  18. mx mouse must cycle power on win 11 from hybernate

    I have 3 windows computers I switch between, 2 windows 11, 1 windows 10. My main system, windows 11, seems to have a problem with the mouse waking up after hybernation, that windows 10 does not have, nor other cheap mice I have replaced with logi. I think you have a wakeup but in my mx mouse relative to windows 11 and hybernation, possibly.

  20. Logi Options+ is a memory hog

    I see no advantage to having Logi Options+ installed. It's a memory hog and offers nothing that I can't accomplish by using the built in Windows mouse settings. Plus, I absolutely detest having an unnecessary service (OptionsPlusUpdaterService) continually running in the background. Accordingly, I'm going to uninstall it this program.
