ボール取り出し穴を太くして
MX Ergo Sのボールの取り出し穴をもっと太くしてほしい。いまのままだと鉛筆ぐらいしか刺せない。せめてボールペンや細めのマジックぐらい欲しい。可能であれば指で押せるくらい大きな穴だと便利だと思う。

Saving mouse settings when switching devices
Hi. There is s technical error with my MX Anywhere 3 mouse. I use 3 devices daily: 2 Macbooks and a PC. And when I switch between them I always have to set mouse settings back, especially wheel settings like free wheel and ratchet. It doesn't save settings when switching devices. I hope you will fix this :) I really like your products, Cheers! Nenad

Logi Options+ is buggy software
Logi Options+ is horrible. On my desktop (Windows 10), after installing it does not run at all (can't connect to "backend"). On my laptop (Windows 11), the program runs, but does not detect the G203 mouse at all.

M575SPをLogi Options+でボタンのカスタマイズをしていたのですが、ポインタ速度の変更ができません。

No hay ajuste para la sensibilidad del botón de acción
es la segunda vez que instalo esta versión para el manejo de mi mouse Mx3 y mi teclado mx, pero volveré de nuevo desinstalar esta versión y quedarme con la pasada porque en esta es pesima la sensibilidad para los botones de acción, tienes que mover muy bruscamente el mouse para que se ejecuten, cosa que en la pasada versión no pasaba porque tu ajustabas la sensibilidad del mouse para esos casos. No me gusta mover tanto el mouse y por eso lo voy a desinstalar

Won't WAKE from SLEEP
The K470 does not have a dedicated SLEEP button. I programmed the F1 key to SLEEP as per the Logi+ app. When I use this, the CPU will not WAKE UP by the keyboard or mouse. However, if I SLEEP the CPU using the Windows menu option, I can WAKE UP with the keyboard or mouse. Why is that?

Mouse acceleration settings delay after sleep
everytime I wake my mac from sleep, it takes almost ten seconds for the mouse sensitivty options to take effect. It does this on my old mac AND brand new 16gb ram M1 imac. Please fix this, it is frustrating and should not occur.
