Ik heb een idee: maak een muis die daadwerkelijk werkt zoals geadverteerd.
Begin met: glijvoetjes die glijden. Scrollwieltjes die bereikbaar zijn. En software die niet ontworpen is als psychologische drempeltest.
Voeg daar aan toe: respect voor de tijd, intelligentie en grenzen van de gebruiker.

MX Master 3S horizontal scroll stops working after I close logi options+.
I use a MX Master 3S. If I close logi options+, sometimes the horizontal scroll stops working. It start working again when I open the program. Should I keep program opened at all times ?

Login does not work on the newest update. It generally is best to test these things before releasing a major update. Thanks

Issue with drop connection
My MX Master 3S M must be "forgotten" then reconnected each time the mac mini M4 sleeps overnight. I am running Mac OS 26 Beta 2.

Desktop Left / Desktop Right
When I set up two buttons to do "desktop left" and "desktop right", I get stuck on a desktop where an app has several tabs open: the buttons switch to moving from tab to tab instead of going to the next window.

One button to switch both devices
I think this is a well documented issue/potential for improvement.
Instead of having to press the switch button on each device individually there should be an option on either the keyboard or mouse to switch both together.
Many of us use work system where we cannot install software, so this feature would really help.

Camera setting that automatically deals with back-lit rooms.
The camera lets me adjust ISO, which is great because I am in a very back-lit situation, but it does not allow me to make my new ISO setting a default.
I would LOVE a switch that says "I am very back-lit" and have it appropriately auto-adjust ISO (as it stands I become an amorphous black blob). I would be OK with a "save as default" option for any profile I create so I can manually adjust the ISO. Thanks!

Don't require login for smart actions or never log out the app
Folks, it's insane to update the app with a result of me logging out and thus disabling my smart actions. I use configured buttons in my mouse with different functions on per-app basis and it took me quite a while to figure out that somehow the app logged out and this is the only reason why my work has been so infuriating for the last couple of days. This is insane!

Independent horizontal and vertical pointer speeds
I have 3 monitors arranged horizontally, so I used a high-speed settings for the mouse pointer, which is great to move between monitors. But now the vertical speed is too high to my liking, it makes it difficult to target things up/down.
So it would be great if there was a way to adjust horizontal and vertical speeds independently.

AI cannot understand a Logitech device
Your product is becoming unusable. I plugged in a brand new but older Logitech mouse and I cannot find where I can set up the buttons. It just asks to connect something that is already connected.
I've used Logitech devices for decades and I cannot understand why you'd take away the ability to set up a device.
Can someone actually help me or is it just AI that hasn't been properly trained? To prove the point I have a M319e plugged in and your horrid AI is asking if I want help on a 5xx series.

Keyboard unresponsive
SEVERE lag and straight up unresponsiveness from the key board. Especially in apps or games. Replaced batteries 4x at this point. Shut off and on countless times.
