  2. LOGI + software DOESN'T WORK

    I own multiple mx master mosues and mx keys keayboards and ever since you launched this pice of **** software LOGI + NOTHING ******* WORKS. I have to manually open the app everytime windows start. And then it loads into infinity or until i crash it and try to run it again multiple times until i hit a ******* jahtyee.
    I will seriously consider just buying cheap 10 $ mouse as it has the same functions as this has when there is no software backing it and it even leaves me without headache.

    Hello!
    Please return back option, when on button press+mouse movement can be adjusted mouse speed, instead switchnig between two pre-selected speed options. Thank you

    /This software sucks. its slowed my vid down to a crawl.
    Loved the unifying reciever concept. the rest of this is ****.
    going to uninstall all and give these mice away.
    i have been logitech loyal customer for 25+ years. I think we are coming to the end of the road.

  7. Permitir la combinación de botones.

    ¡Excelente implementación Logitech!, solo un consejo, si en un futuro se pudiera añadir la posibilidad de hacer combinaciones de botones para invocar aún más funciones, y no sería mala idea que permitieran también combinar botones para invocar las macros, añadiendo a "or" la condiconante "y".

  9. Keyboard and mouse malfunctioning

    I bought MS Keys and MX Master 3s mouse because they were were suppose to speed up my workflow but these devices seem to have a mind of their own. Between the keyboard randomly dropping connection and the mouse gesture keys just not working at times, I'm starting to question my purchase and going back to devices that were half the price and actually functioned. I had to finish typing this on my laptop keyboard because the Logitech keyboard bugged out.

    Je viens de recevoir mon MX KEYS S Combo et j'en suis globalement satisfait; il est presque parfait... à 1/2 détail près malheureusement, dommage vu le prix on aurait aimé quelque chose de mieux aboutit. Qui sait, les mises à jour pourront peut-être le permettre!
    Le premier désagrément est d'être obligé de switcher séparément clavier et souris, c'est assez pénible, surtout qu'on est obligé de retourner la souris pour switcher! Si seulement on pouvait au moins configurer un des autres bouton facilement accessible pour le faire... mais non. L'outil flow permet de simplifier un peu ca heureusement, enfin lorsque le…

    使用蓝牙连接后如果连接上2.5G接收器就无法使用，根本切换不到2.5G连接器，拔电池、开关键盘都无效！说明书里根本没有任何提到可以切换为2.5G接收器连接的说明，因为有时候电脑重装系统或者在非操作系统状态下需要用到键盘，可是插上接收器根本不连接，键盘上的蓝牙指示灯一直都是等待连接状态，不知道什么弱智设定！

  12. MX mouse issue

    My logi MX anywhere mouse has the light stuck on, even when I turn it off. This causes the battery to die very quickly. I try to update the firmware but it tells me there is no device to update. I'm frustrated that I need to replace this device already.

    AFTER USING LOGIOPTIONS + :

    THE MAUS M310 IS NOT TURNING RED WHENS ON (YES BUT REALY DARK AND THEN ITS TURN OFF)

    THE KEYBOAD K540 THE POWER LED TURNS JUST THE FIRST SECONDS ON THEN IS OFF

  15. No firmware updates on brand new products???

    How is it possible I have a brand new MXs for Mac mouse, AND a brand new MX mini Keys for Mac, AND NEITHER ONE OF THEM HAVE THE ABILITY TO UPDATE FIRMWARE?????

    You should be ashamed of producing a product that is not even providing basic update abilities.

    I'm returning both.

  16. create Fn + Volume Up entry

    I've MX keys keyboard. F1-F12 keys have a different action when I press them with or without Fn. Volume up on the other hand doesn't recognize Fn. It would be great to be able to map different actions when "volume up" is pressed with and without Fn.

  17. 自定义手势灵敏度低，需要滑动更长的距离。

    我新购买了anywhere 2s，对比之前的M585，有一个问题需要反馈。
    自定义了一些手势按钮，例如按住后退向下滑动鼠标来打开某程序，有时候会失灵，需要多次尝试。总结出anywhere 2s这个自定义手势的滑动灵敏度不如M585，需要更长的滑动距离才能实现自定义的功能。

    所以想请问，有没有这种灵敏度的设置？或者说有什么办法来改进这个问题呢？

  20. Mouse wheel click

    I've been using your products for a year now. I'm still baffled why no-one has reported or fixed a quite annoying issue. The clicks in the mouse wheel goto smooth when a Windows 10PC goes to sleep and comes back out. I cannot stress how many times I've had to reset this bug. Hope my feedback helps !
