App needs restart to function.
Hello!
When i turn on my device, the app does not activate right away, i still need to reset the device for this application to function.

키보드의 경우 easy switch가 키보드 123 버튼이 노출되어 있어 간편하나, 마우스의 경우 123 의버튼이 바닥면에 있어 매우 불편합니다. 따라서, 123의 버튼을 마우스 휠 윗 버튼을 누름으로써 바로 토글하여 대체가 가능하게 끔 그 기능을 넣고싶습니다.

Logi Options+ not working upon startup
I have to kill all logitech processes within Task Manager every time I boot my computer or my custom scroll-wheel settings will not apply.

This appears to have been an issue 3 years ago and seems to have been fixed since then. I say this because I've been using options+ without issue, but a recent update broke this again.
Looking forward to a fix.

Want a full copy ISO installer of Options+ of the online version with all features.
I want a full "Options+" driver software install for the online copy. The full ISO. not a web installer. Reason. USA 36 Trillion Dollar debt, 3 over hyper bubble in the stock market, Total crash and 2nd world Great Depression. Top 500 and LOgitech gone. Maybe just maybe I still use what I paid for because I have a full cd ISO of the software and full copy on NAS powered by the solar panel. Want the full ISO. Because this fear could really happen soon.

I cannot download option+ to my workstation due to the IT constrains. It would be greate to remap the mouse with easy switch on suface butto
I cannot download options+ to my work laptop. Easyswitch button is very unvonvinently located in MX mouse. It would be grate to have an option to remap it.

Please add Zoom in/out in Action Ring
I cannot find Zoom in/out function in Action Ring. But I can configure it in Horizontal Scroll settings. It would be much better to add such a function in Action Ring. Thanks!

For Brio 4k connected via USB-C cable I can't change the resolution
I have Brio 4k camera connected directly to my laptop via USB-C (USB-4 certified cable) and in previous versions of the Option+ I didn't see any warnings and could change the webcam resolution. Please fix it. BRE, Marek

Loss of settings
Had MX Ergo for years. Suddenly, when I wake the PC, it has lost all of its settings, including pointer speed. So I have to re-open options+ to "remind" it of said settings. Sometimes options+ won't open, it just loads indefinitely; then I have to go into task manager and end task for every logitech options process, then options+ will open. Why is it always something with your wireless mice?

Can't open logi option+ app
The custom setup failed. Can't open logi option+ app. Has to kill logi option+agent in task manager first. And then reopen logi option+app. After some time, may be half days/a few hours, same issue happens. Very annoying experience.

Options forgets mouse preferences
I find I have to re-enter my mouse preferences into Logi Options almost everyday. This is extremely frustrating, forcing me to look for alternative apps to Options that are more stable. I have an account but my settings don't appear to be saved or restored.
I'm using a MX Master 3S mouse on MacOS26 but this persisted in the previous OS too. I have auto-update enabled for Options and the app appears to update almost daily. I am currently running 1.96.781095.
How can I ensure my settings are preserved so I don't need to re-program the mouse every day?

デバイスがペアリングしてもその先に進まない。バージョンアップが必要になるとそれまで設定していた割り当てが初期化される。再ダウンロードしても初期化される。さまざまな問題が起きていて、サイト上のサポートもわかりにくい。

Action ring Folder problem
In the action ring settings, the actions cannot be changed once set. In the outmost layer the problem doesn't exist, but once a folder is established, all the actions can only be created but not Editable. This includes invalid renaming, icon changing, action changing etcetera. Multi task is also invalid.

Logitech Craft & Options+ Feedback
Some constructive feedback about Logitech Options sotware:
1. I believe it used to be possible to re-bind any key on the keyboard ?
Num-Lock is not a particularly useful one to me, and used to rebind it to a shortcut like Ctrl+Shift+F11 for Audio Output software selector. This is now no longer possible. And can only modify function keys.
Why can't i just rebind any key, or key combination ?
2. Play/Pause still only functions haphazardly.. same issue as with the previous software.
It is linked to a click of the crown. i often need it when audio is playing…1 vote
