I would love the ability to assign actions to buttons and scroll wheels based on the website/web app I'm on. For example, thumb wheel zooms in and out on most websites, but if I'm in Google Sheets, it scrolls horizontally.

Minimize to Tray
It honestly boggles my mind that Logi can't be minimized to the tray area. Why do you force the program to take up space on the main taskbar? Please add "Minimize to Tray" functionality when the Logi window is closed.

Microsoft Copilot for AI Prompt Builder
The AI Prompt builder is just great, unfortunatelly our company has blocked the ChatGPT as per policy. Is there any chance you can take advantage of Microsoft CoPilot and implement it into Logi? That would help a lot!!

Easy Switch Function Enhancement
This may go unanswered however there is a feature that could be added which would really improve logitech easy switch. Currently If I have a mouse and keyboard pressed and I wish to change them to another PC without using logitech flow I need to select the easy switch buttons on each device. This can be a little awkward at times.
A better solution would be to add an option in logi options for simultaneous easy switch. When the easy switch button for example 1 on device 1 is selected on one logitech device for instance the keyboard it will…

Request for adding an option to combine keyboard and mouse on PC selection for better efficiency
Dear Logitech team, Thank you very much for the product, I am having nice experience with my MX Keys Combo set product.
However, I have an idea that I would really like to have but doesnt exits and not possible.
I need to use the combo set with 2 computers and need to change between PCs very frequently. The keyboard and mouse is supporting multiple devices but they need to select the PCs seperately for keyboard and mouse which doubles the effort.
Instead, I would love to have an option to link the keyboard and mouse and selectable via buttons…

AI trash
I do not want or need "AI" features from my mouse... especially when it turns things on without asking (putting folders on my root directory, etc.). I have used Logitech for years on my Mac and I'm now actively researching removing all Logitech software (and then I'll be searching for replacement devices).

MX Master 3S Mouse needs Fixing after PC Sleep Mode
It certainly would be nice if my MX Master 3S mouse did not require "fixing" every time my Windows 11 PC computer goes into a sleep mode. This is pretty annoying to put it mildly.

App forgets settings
The application loses settings, such as scroll wheel ratchet mode at random times. When using laptop out of a sleep mode, the scroll wheel is in free-flow mode and the 'ratchet' setting in the app is turned off, even when logged in to an account where the settings should be stored. This happens about once a month or so. Restarting computer doesn't fix it, always have to re-enable the setting in the app.

Logitech doesn't care
Logi Plugin Service was added to my latest Options+ update without notice or an explanation of what it is. I hate unnecessary software being installed on my computer without my permission. Logitech no longer cares about it's customers!!!

Fn Key + Any other key - Unlock New Functions!
Please activate ALL the keyboard Keys to be used with the Fn Key, not just the Function keys at the top.
This will allow you to set up a whole new set of personalized Macros or actions, like Razer allows. For example, "Fn + D" could be a shortcut for a message template I use in DocuSign, or to trigger a smart action.1 vote
