Lost custom profile after update
TL:DR - Please add a "profile backup option" with the creative console.
I lost my "Final Cut Pro" custom profile when I updated to the latest version of Logi Options+. Unfortunately, I have to rebuild it from scratch again, so it would be useful if you can preserve custom user profiles, or add in a "backup to cloud" option.

Logi Option+ bug
After installing the Mac Logi Options+ update (v. 1.85.655119), I'm experiencing a significant issue with my MX Mechanical keyboard. The 'Q' key consistently malfunctions, requiring two presses to register. I've verified this is related to the Logi Options+ software, as the keyboard functions normally when the software isn't running after a Mac restart. Please address this bug ASAP.

Your %$#! it just updated it erased ALL my settings, now all my personalized buttons are just generic **** like when I got the mouse form Amazon, I am SOOO mad I am just about to trash this mouse and get a better one and never buy Logitech again.

About Logitech Mk 345 Keyboard Mouse Set .Your product looks very high quality. The material quality is very good. But the connection constantly breaks. This ruins the whole usage experience. And three buttons cannot be pressed at the same time. For this reason, many games cannot be played. As a result, I regret buying this product. Even a cheap brand keyboard and mouse set that I bought 10 years ago gives much better performance than this product. I would like to state that I bought this product by trusting the Logitech brand.I don't think so, but any I would be very happy if this product could be made to work properly with an update. program top button on the mouse to switch devices
I love the products ( both mouse and keyboard ) however - One thing that has been missing and making my life hard is the option to program device switch on one of the top buttons of the mouse - Please Please Please - add that option in the firmware. I have literally made my own hack by disconnecting the side bottom thumb button and connecting it to the one that is used to switch the devices. It works but I loose whole set of button options.

I love that I can open chatgpt with my master mx 3s mouse, but could you give me view and zoom options? I would like to make the window and text bigger. Thanks!

Profile Implementation for Mouse
Able to create profile for the shortcut setup. Like Profile 1 would have this, then Profile 2 where I can set up different click for those button. Instead of having them based on application, I feel like this is much better for everyone.
Also being able to change these profile based on the button click on mouse would be awesome. For eg: middle click changes it to profile 2, again clicking it changes it to profile 3 and so on.

버튼 기능 오류
mx master 3s 사용중인데, 엄지휠 밑에 있는 버튼 2개에 '오른쪽에 데스크탑' ,'왼쪽에 데스크탑' 거능으로 설정해서 잘 사용중이다가 방금부터 갑자기 그 기능이 사용이 안 되고 그냥 키보드 좌우버튼으로 인식됩니다. 그래서 따로 키보드바로가기로 키를 설정해서 사용하려고 했으나 입력칸에는 또 키보드 방향키가 입력되지 않습니다.
