  3. Periodically Update the battery level of the MX Master 2S mouse

    I have the MX Master 2S mouse and I noticed that the battery level management is very lacking. When the mouse is plugged in for re-charging, the driver and application are unable to detect the current level of charge. I have to un-plug the charging cable and re-boot the computer to get the app to read the battery level and update its status. The app or its driver should periodically update the charge level of the battery in the mouse and relay that information accurately whether plugged in or not.   5. Software goes stuck when I click the backlighting button to adjust my MXKEYS MINI on Macbook pro

    After update to the version:1.85.655119, I cannot open the new settings (backlighting) of MX KEYS MINI, which means when I click the backlighting button to adjust my MXKEYS MINI, the software goes white and stuck and I can do nothing other than quit the software. So, I cannot completely turn off the keyboard's backlight, which disturb me a lot.
    However, when I tried to use the same software version on Windows, it turned to be all right. But my main computer is a MACBOOK.
    Hope an update to solve the problem.

    在Microsoft powerpoint的簡報模式中，Spotlight簡報器啟用焦點按鈕的長按放開凍結功能後，長按焦點鍵放開成功觸發凍結功能後，無法單按一下焦點鍵取消長按的放大、焦點或雷射筆功能，短按焦點鍵、短按下一頁鍵會直接進入下一頁，短按上一頁鍵亦會回到上一頁。我需要單獨取消凍結狀態繼續簡報同一頁內容

  13. Logi Options+の不具合改善要望

    Logi Options+が自動更新されると、Firefoxブラウザでマウスの[戻る]ボタンが機能しなくなります。Logi Options+を再インストールすると直るのですが、そうするとアプリケーション毎の設定が消えてしまうので、毎回設定し直すのが面倒です。
    この不具合を修正できないのであれば、せめて再インストールしてもアプリケーションの設定が消えないように改善してください！

  16. Dialpad Dial Needs Better Customization

    Switched from a StreamDeck to MX Creative Console. I'm really liking the MX Creative Console. Customizations are great. Helps a lot with editing workflow. The one grip is the dialpad is WAY to sensitive for shuttling, even when turned to 0% scroll speed and there should be app customizations. I was able to set up the thumb wheel on the MX Master mouse to shuttle and it works, but I would like to use the dialpad as I routinely switch between shuttle and jog. The dialpad is a key feature for this old editor who learned the craft on CMX…

  18. Constant Clipboard Errors in Excel/Win11 with Options+ running

    I get constant Clipboard errors in Excel when I have Options+ running (Win11, MX Master 3 mouse). I've found multiple threads reporting the same issue. Any chance we can get a fix other than uninstalling Options+?

  19. Smooth scrolling is completely broken - and I found the root cause why

    TLDR: Logitech free spin wheel mice support excellent high precision scrolling, but the software/drivers disable this most of the time for no good reason. Only when certain web browser windows are focused and the smooth scrolling option is on does it work properly. Focus a Chrome or Edge window with the smooth scrolling option in Logi options enabled and then scroll over a Settings, Word, etc. window to see how much better it could be.

  20. key press issue

    Many times even if I press one key it appears as if I have pressed it multiple times.
    example - I press e what gets typed is eeeeeeeeeee
    Also at times the response time between when I type and when I see on the screen is quite high.
