  2. Improve the computer switching capacity

    I am using my MX Master 2S mouse on Mac and MS-Windows running machines. I believe the ability to switch between computers using an easily accessible button (not a button placed at the bottom side) is superior to the solution provided by the "Logi+ Flow" in many ways.

    • The network dependency for switching will be eliminated.
    • The original mouse pointer positions will be preserved on desktops.
    • The lag of switching will be eliminated.
    • The potential problems arising from Logi+ software will be eliminated.
    • Most importantly, the ergonomics, which appears to be the key selling point for Logitech products, will be…

    Earlier I said it doesn't work, but if I log in to Logitech, it works. Why on Earth would I have to log in to an online account, so that I can change options on local devices!? :-(

  4. Stop ******* removing shortcuts to the program from my Desktop

    Goddamitt for ***** sake, STOP removing the shortcuts I have placed on the desktop for Logi Options when you update the ******* program. If an icon or shortcut is there on the desktop, DON'T ******* REMOVE IT. Replace it, if you have to....but DON'T remove it. Again for those of you dense and stupid, when updating/upgrading DO NOT Remove shortcuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Can't Reinstall Options Plus?

    Your Main opening page is not at all welcoming with out opening or giving a way to open Options+ (for my two M510) mouse. It has been a royal pain not being able to override it even after removing the Options+ flus from the "Programs and Features" in Windows! Why can't I get a download for Options+ that works on my windows 10/11 PC's (after a mishap with an update App???
    In older Logi days this wasn't a problem! Why? and How to get an Options+ download for my PC that works to reinstall Options+ ????? Please, respond ASAP to …

  6. Make the software available on the Logitech site.

    I have been trying to reinstall Logi Options+ but every thing I try doesn't work? I have uninstalled in Windows 10 on my Lenovo 64bit, 32ram PC.
    Why? And how can I get the software to reinstall Options+?
    Also Why does Logitech have Passwords, etc. Are they afraid some one will steal it to work on some other brand of Mouse???
    I have been trying to reinstall for a couple of hours!

  7. Please implement

    i have a logitech mx master 3s. It has two buttons on the side and a horizontal scroll wheel in addition to the usual left and right click buttons plus scroll wheel. I also have the software installed. I want to change the horizontal scroll wheel to normal vertical scrolling and the side buttons to also left- and right click, but the software doesnt have these actions listed when assigning new functions. I inhured my pointer finger and need to use my thumb instead

  8. mx mouse must cycle power on win 11 from hybernate

    I have 3 windows computers I switch between, 2 windows 11, 1 windows 10. My main system, windows 11, seems to have a problem with the mouse waking up after hybernation, that windows 10 does not have, nor other cheap mice I have replaced with logi. I think you have a wakeup but in my mx mouse relative to windows 11 and hybernation, possibly.

  10. Logi Options+ is a memory hog

    I see no advantage to having Logi Options+ installed. It's a memory hog and offers nothing that I can't accomplish by using the built in Windows mouse settings. Plus, I absolutely detest having an unnecessary service (OptionsPlusUpdaterService) continually running in the background. Accordingly, I'm going to uninstall it this program.

  12. keyboard and mouse have extreme delay

    when the dongle is plugged into my USBGear 5 point powered USB hub by its self the mouse and keyboard work fine If I plug in any other device (ie flash drive) Both have an extensive delay. To the point where if typing 90% of the letter are not registering on the display. Example the word participation displays as "pacitn" Is there a setting to correct this issue.

  15. Copy action for Mx Creative Console

    For the Mx Creative Console, the keypad should allow you to "copy" actions (especially for the macros) so that similar actions don't have to start from scratch. Given that "copy" is the most basic function of anything technologically related, that should be incredibly easy to implement, and I am shocked that it is not yet implemented.

  17. Devices disconnected after Update

    I have my install updates turned on, received an auto update this morning and both my mouse and keyboard were disconnected post install. Took several minutes to discover the issue. Please fix. Tks....

  18. Inactive devices persist appearing after removal

    Despite several attempts, I still cannot remove active devices, even after they have been disconnected from the laptop. I am unsure whether this is a glitch or an error, but the issue persists through multiple version updates.

  20. M705 nicht einstellbar und Musiktasten gehen nicht in VDI

    Hallo zusammen,
    ich kann keine Einstellungen (Tastenbelegung) für meine M705 in Logitech Options+ machen.
    Erkannt wird sie. Lt. der Homepage sollte sie unterstützt sein.

    Hinzu kommt, dass die Musiksteuerung (weiter, zurück, Pause/Start) nicht funktioniert, wenn ich auf einer VDI arbeite (VMHorizion Client).
    In der Logitech Options (ohne Plus) geht die Musiksteuerung.

    Kann ich damit rechnen, dass beide Sachen bald funktionieren werden?
