New Option+ using too much RAM on M Macs
Hi, I don't understand why the new Logi Option+ needs so MUCH ram? I'm getting 1.35GB used up by Logi Option+ alone... If this is the normal ram use by design, I'm uninstalling it and reverting back to the old Option, or stop using Master MX products.

No need for AI in mouse/keyboard driver
Provide a way to disable/remove the Prompt Builder. There is already AI everywhere. I don't need it in my mouse driver.

cannot assign Ctrl to side button so that Ctrl is kept pressed as long as the side button is hold pressed
it seems like almost a bug, that in M650 I cannot configure side button for 'keyboard shortcut' (in gestures) so that the side button emulates Ctrl key pressed/released as the side button is kept pressed/released.
I would like to press side button and use mouse wheel to zoom in/out in browser, but this is now not possible in Options+.
The side button should emulate Ctrl key when the mouse doesn't move, but when mouse moves the side button should support 'gestures' instead.
I tried to fill out the "keyboard shortcut" as "Ctrl" but it doesn't work at all for "Ctrl" or "Shift" modifiers alone. Maybe the "keyboard shortcut" emulates one time press of the key combination well, but I need holding the Ctrl modifier pressed as long as the side button is hold pressed. One-time press is almost useless for modifiers.

fix horizontal scroll
fix horizontal scroll on mx master 3s, it interferes with vertical scroll all the time and feels sluggish. add options for smooth scrolling with horizontal scroll. horizontal scroll works fine when the app isn't active

Two unifying reeievers for MS, neither now work
MX Keyboard failed. Got a new one. Now I have two unifying USB receivers. Can't get the MX Mouse and keyboard to work with one. So reinstalled Options. Now, neither device can be reg=cognized by Options, even with both recievers plugged in.

Problems with FN lock cases
There is a problem. In the event that you cancel and press FN is locked then you cannot press the screenshot action and the other buttons even if it is not the F keys and in addition it is not possible to press volume up even if I press FN in addition to the F12 key - it is possible to lower but not to raise it says application not found.

- I miss the "the ridge" for housing fingers
- I miss "big thumb side buttons"

Whole shortcut sequence is ALT + H +H +B +OALT + H (+H +B +O) Part in bracket is not accepted by Logi Options+ It only simple shortcut part before bracketsFEATURE REQUEST - to add:
- Double-Click Gestures for all buttons (e.g. Double-click of Middle button = gesture of close window)
- Shortcut sequence functionality (as above)

Bring back option to disable backlight
Why you removed an option to disable backlight? Now it turns on every time I turn on the keyboard, I hate it

Bad first impressions
First impressions are not good.
There seems to be no information on the fact that this device will not work without an internet connection! This is not good!!
The software has bugs on the Smart Actions, and has hung multiple times already in two days of ownership. It will not open unless the Plugin service is restarted.1 vote -
Create setting for default brightness.
I would like there to be an option to set a default keyboard brightness for MX Keys instead of having the keyboard automatically turn on with brightness 0, 2, or 4. I usually use brightness 0 or 1, and I end up having to adjust the brightness manually every time I use the keyboard.
