    Logitech, I love your hardware and have been using your mice and keyboards for literally decades. Why do I need an AI assistant in your drivers software? Stop spending resources in this useless endeavor and focus on what you do best. If you keep pushing this AI nonsense you'll lose a faithful customer.

  2. Get rid of AI

    Hi,
    Could you please include an option to remove any AI components from Logi Options+
    I refuse to have any AI on any of my machines but particularly any powered by Micro$oft as I just don't trust them to not ***** something up.
    I have no use for & no interest in ChatGPT & infact actualy dislike the idea of it altogether. I have removed all other instances of it from my computers & would like to see an option to not install it along with mouse software.
    I think you are over reaching the boundary of what is acceptable…

  4. AI nonsense

    Please, for the love of God, get rid of the AI nonsense. It's creepy as ****, has no business being a part of a keyboard / mouse support tool, and it keeps littering my home directory -- which demonsrates a lack of care and attention to detail that makes me that much LESS LIKELY to want to share potentially sensitive information with your AI tool.

    Options+ seems to be creating an aioverlaytmp subdirectory in my home directory. I do not want this. I do not want any AI bloat on my computer. Please provide an option to disable this.

    i click on submit on the ai builder feature and it just opens a new chat of chatgpt and nothing happens it's just there. I write my prompt press submit it opens chatgpt then just pauses and nothing happens... how do I fix this

  18. Generative AI Considered Harmful

    Now that even the most ignorant about the current (lack) of capability and fitness for use are learning that generative AI is almost entirely snake oil, can we get an AI free version of Logi Options+? Initially I was hoping to deploy Mx mice and keyboards on all my systems, but the degrading performance since the introduction of AI has put that on hold and I'm looking at other options.

  19. AI feedback

    The AI Chatbuilder tool is not working. The "login" option to connect to my subscription ChatGPT account is not available. When you click on log-in, takes me to chatgpt page, but with no login option available. Additionally, it doesn't function as your "demo" described.

  20. parameter needed for disabling AI

    There needs to be a parameter to disable AI features during installation/update. I've been advocating to get options+ deployed at my company, and referencing the deployment guide (https://prosupport.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/6046882446359-Mass-installation-and-configuration-of-Logitech-Options-software) to indicate that Logitech takes business use seriously. At my company, as with many others, we are still evaluating how we want to utilize AI, and in the meantime have disabled it in our environment. Inclusion of AI features with no means to disable them makes this software a non-starter for us right now.
