1. Settings are often lost and reverted to the defaults

   I'm writing to express my frustration with a recurring issue: I've lost all my custom settings three times in the past two months. This is incredibly disruptive, especially during critical moments when I rely on my shortcuts to work efficiently.

   I've tried logging in with an account, thinking it might sync my settings, but the problem persists. It seems that my customizations aren't being saved permanently. It would be great if there was an option to save settings as a file, making it easier to transfer them to another computer or share with colleagues.

   Additionally, the software's "AI Prompt Builder" and "Recommendations" features are often intrusive, even when disabled. The "FLOW" feature is also unreliable, only working once during a demo.

   While your hardware is impressive, the software experience is quite inconsistent. It's frustrating to start my workday unsure if my shortcuts will function as expected.

   I hope you'll address these issues to improve the overall user experience.

   And please add a function to import/export a settings file.

2. Settings still not persisting

   Every time you update the software, you still don't fix the one bug that causes problems for me every day.

   Whenever I unlock my computer, my mouse settings have been reset. I have the Gestures button set to "Window navigation". However, when I click it, it triggers the "Shift wheel mode" function, which I never want. I have to open Logi Options+, select my mouse, select the button, deselect Window navigation and then reselect it. The app shows Windows navigation as the functionality for the button, but it doesn't take effect until I go through all these steps.

   This was never a problem with the original Logi Options configuration app, but that app is now deprecated. I don't want any of your Options+ features or AI junk; I just want a mouse that can be set up and continues to work the same way when I start my computer.

   This is incredibly frustrating and makes me want to switch to any other brand of mouse and tell people not to use Logitech. It should be a trivial bug fix. Please fix this!

3. Battery status good is informative

   Hey, I just want to leave a feedback for logi options+ software. I opened it today and wanted to check the battery status of my mouse. I thaught I will see a percentage or at least some rough indication of how much the mouse is charged. Instead, all I found is "battery level is good". What the **** does that mean? Why can't you just show the percentage or at least range like 25%-50% or something like that. From details on your page, I can see that older versions had the percentage indicator. Why is it there no more??? I like your mouse, but this is anoying as *. If you think hiding the percentage is good for users for some reason, then you are wrong. Most peaople don't care about advanced stuff like smart actions and your AI **. 95% need to know if their device is charged or not. Please consider adding the percentage back in the future, otherwise, I might actually buy some cheaper mice, that has better software then this logi options+ *****.

4. Fix scrolling code in Options for k400. Unusable touchpad scrolling.

   Perhaps change the k400 scrolling function to by pixel or by line vs by percentage of page.

   It's got to be by percentage of page, as some pages even at 1% scroll rate in settings...it goes warp speed....completely unusable for my fingers now. And this is post purchase modification to software.

   I'm pretty done with companies telling me they've made improvements and modified my settings against my wishes.

   There's an update to Options available, but I'm terrified to touch it. I don't trust you people any more, and given that things are not working right....unless this garbage gets fixed? I'm pretty done with Logitech.

   Stop changing my settings. Write some proper software that doesn't need running updates for 'security' purposes. I did cybersecurity/cyberwarfare...jamming, CRCIED, subs to sats.

   Forget AI. It's garbage. We're not cookie cutters. All you big tech companies are shooting yourselves in the foot. 'We' can build your hardware in this day and age....wanna call me out on that? Hold my beer.

5. Please fix backups, copy/paste, and Flow

   I've had to rebuild my macros several times now despite having "backups" linked to my account. I start work in the morning to find that my input devices are all set to default behaviors, and my macros are entirely missing. I "restore" from one of the backups and it too is empty.

   Just a month ago everything was working fantastically, I was singing your praises to anyone who would listen, and have been a loyal Logitech customer for decades.

   However, it's extremely troubling that copy and paste is corrupting the copied content, or dropping characters. This is a very basic functionality, and not being able to rely upon it is distressing.

   PLEASE fix this! All of these issues began when you integrated AI features. However, your auto-update "feature" of your installer means I can't even roll back to a stable build.

   I am quite frustrated, and unhappy to need to go spend a bunch of money and time investing in a different brand for my computer accessories. I don't want to do that, but I can't rebuild my macros and work with a keyboard that can't consistently provide the most basic of functionality.

6. INSERT KEY DOES NOT WORK!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

   INSERT KEY DOES NOT WORK!!!!! You have hundreds if not thousands of this complaint all over the Logitech community for years and you have done nothing to fix it. I just bought the K780 and I love it except I need an insert key so buying it was the same thing as opening my window and throwing my money out it. When are you going to fix it? I NEED AN INSERT KEY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!! DO SOMETHING. Work on the bugs as a priority instead of introducing new features like AI. If you have time to do that, you have time to fix a standard keyboard function. It is a bug. Are you not listening to your customers who are all frustrated by the lack of response from you. When your keyboard does not function properly, it should be a priority and yet years go by and you do nothing. How did you become the front runner? Hear your customers and respond by taking action.    Bonjour, est-ce normal que les paramètres de la section "pointer et faire défiler" s'exportent parfaitement sur mon iPad ; mais que les paramètres de "boutons" fonctionnent bien sur Mac, mais pas sur Ipad ? 9. Changements imposés aux utilisateurs sans communication claire

   Je suis en colère car c'est la troisième fois que vos mises à jour m'imposent des changements dont je ne veux pas.

   Par exemple le "AI prompt builder" que je m'étais retrouvé à trigger à plusieurs reprises sans le vouloir jusqu'à ce que 1/ je comprenne que ça vient de logioptions ; 2/ je trouve comment le désactiver et c'était pas intuitif du tout.
   2) Depuis une mise à jour récente, je n'arrive plus à utiliser mon logiciel "Greenshot" car logioptions+ a ajouté une fonctionnalité pour les screenshot et monopolise la touche du clavier. Et là, toujours même schéma. a/ il me faut du temps pour comprendre que ça vient de logioptions et b/ Je n'ai pas trouvé d'option dans votre logiciel pour le désactiver.

   C'est vraiment pénible de se voir imposer des changements qui plus est sans en être informé.
   Je comprends bien que vous améliorez vos fonctionnalités et que ça plaira certainement à un certain nombre d'utilisateurs. Maintenant ce que j'aimerais beaucoup de votre part, c'est simplement que lorsque vous effectuez de tel changement, l'utilisateur soit informé.

   P.ex : lorsqu'on trigger la première fois une nouvelle fonctionnalité (p.ex la nouvelle capture d'écran), qu'on ait 1/ un petit message d'information nous expliquant la nouvelle fonctionnalité de logioptions+, 2/ la possibilité dans le cadre du même message de la désactiver.

    Two things that really suck now: First, the app would not add my MX Keyboard nor the mouse, even after trying to connect them with different unifying receivers, and with the first, or the second or the third pairing buttons.

    Second, is the programming of the keys. the PrintScreen is un-pairable with my favorite screen shot app, "GreenShot", no matter what "SmartActions" I program into the app. This made me so mad at your app and the keyboard itself, that I think it is worthless. A "non-smart" keyboard, basic, no functionality, $5 keyboard would have done what I wanted to do, versus your $200 keyboard and "advanced" and "smart AI" app. Sorry, you did not deliver!

11. MX Master 3 et MX Keys ne sont plus reconnus

    Depuis quelques jours, ni mon MX Master 3 ni mon MX Keys ne sont détectés par Logi Options+ sur Mac

    Les appareils sont connectés via Bluetooth et les deux fonctionnent, mais lorsque je lance Logi Options + me demande de connecter un appareil.

    J'ai essayé de réinstaller le programme sans succès. J'ai essayé de réinitialiser les autorisations pour le bluetooth, l'accessibilité et la surveillance des entrées, sans succès. J'ai même essayé de réinstaller Logi Options mais le même comportement s'est produit.

    Macbook Pro 16" avec Big Sur 11.5.1

19. Flow : Synchro clavier et soursi

    Bonjour,
    J'ai une souris MX Anywhere 2S et le clavier Keys (j'adore !!! <3 ).
    Il manque une option dans Flow pour que la souris suivent le clavier (et soit toujours associé au même ordinateur sinon on est perdu).
    Quand je change d'ordinateur avec la souris (bord de l'écran) le clavier suit automatiquement avec la souris. Mais quand je change d'ordinateur avec le clavier (touche 1/2/3) , la souris ne suit pas :-(
    Plus pratique et rapide d'échanger les ordinateur avec le clavier qu'avec la souris.

20. make it easier to set up more useful shortcuts

    I really hate that the inclusion of AI is being hyped up over more important features. The options available are really limiting and nonsensical and it is disappointing there aren't options that better reflect the applications supported in the logi+ menu - I would kill for a 'save as' or a 'select all' or an 'open in new tab' option for Chrome, as an example. Why would I need a button to maximize and minimize windows? How often do people do that? I guess if you are hiding windows but that isn't me I guess.

    And yeah, I recognize I can set up a custom prompt but I can do that on my stream deck easier with more options. The goal should be getting a habit started of using the extra buttons and if it isn't useful I am never going to remember it. And it should be easy to set up considering the average consumer which is also not happening. Flow also seems to have gotten clunkier to use which is frustrating.

    I guess that is me grumbling. In more useful UX requests - I don't understand what click and tilt means? I think that is what it is listed as. Having a practice space would be helpful because IDGI and it seems like it could be helpful especially the right click and tilt... if 'save as' were an option...

    I really hate that the inclusion of AI is being hyped up over more important features. The options available are really limiting and nonsensical and it is disappointing there aren't options that better reflect the applications supported in the logi+ menu - I would kill for a 'save as' or a 'select all' or an 'open in new tab' option for Chrome, as an example. Why would I need a button to maximize and minimize windows? How often do people do that? I guess if you are hiding windows but that isn't me I guess.
