2. MX master 3 is connected, but the app does not show it

   I can not add my MX Master 3.
   In the mac opens the bluetooth devices, then I pair my mouse but then nothing happens in this application, really useless.

4. MX Master 3 mouse for mac Bug

   for an unknown reason, I cannot open logitech options+ beta. Then I re-install it, restarted my mac os Mac M1 chip computer, it worked again.

5. Anywher 3 side buttons not working on Monterey12.2.1

   Side buttons for MX anywhere 3 for mac do not work on MacOS Monterey 12.2.1. They do work on IPADOS 15.3. So, apparently it's a driver problem not a hardware problem.

6. Really messed up home screen with missing info

8. (Mac) New Options apps are a nightmare

   Nice hardware but awful software. Had MX Keys and MX Master 3 for Mac last year, and it worked flawlessly with the classic Logi Options. Now I have MX Keys Mini and MX Anywhere 3 for Mac and it's a nightmare, Logi Options find them but ask me to open Logi Options +, but Logi Options + can't see them. Tried every method to pair my devices. I can use them (plug'n'play OS bluetooth) but can't configure them (Logi apps completely broken).

9. Logi Option + Upgrade to Ver. 0.91.3227 URGENT Problem

   Dear Logitech Support Team,

   I just got a Logi Option + upgrade for my Bluetooth MX Master 3 mouse and cannot use my Windows 11 computer anymore. I tried older PC wired mouses, and they don't work as well.

   I thought my computer had a problem or even was attacked by a virus, since no indications from Logitech that an upgrade was underway. I rebooted my computer about 10 times, without any improvement, until the Logi Option + screen appeared on the screen, but the mouse pointer was locked on the screen.

   This message is from an other computer and my main Predator Acer computer is actually not working, i absolutely need it for my work at home.

   Please read this message as quick as possible, and please resend an solution or a previous version which actually works with an installation message.

10. Uses lots of CPU on MacOS

    logioptionssp is using a ton of CPU on MacOS. Please fix this or I'm never buying another logitech mouse

11. Flow between M1 mac and windows broke recently

    Things were working great between my PC and my M1 mac book pro. Yesterday I booted up my pc and neither flow was detecting the other. I tried to remove the flow connection and readd, but the mac but nothing showed up, now I'm getting the attached screen. I really love this tool when it works, best of luck fixing it.

16. A general overview.

    Greetings from Portugal!

    Now testing the new MX Keys Keyboard, and I have to say it's really amazing.
    A different experience from the elevated mechanical keys, super smooth as I
    type this text, no hand traveling whatsoever, key noise reduced to a minimum.
    Brainless install, it does everything by itself, and the default options are
    really close to the best usage of the unit. BT connection is great, with minimal input lag.
    The software so far seems great, joined the beta today and shared my user experience.

    Is it possible to map individual keys, for gaming or apps?

    If so... would it be too much out-of-the-box to have an automated heatmap? I mean, I've
    owned the first Razr keyboard a long time ago (Tarantula, I think) and I thought at
    the time that it was a cool feature to provide a heatmap of the most clicked keys
    among apps. Even it was more than a decade ago, I thought it would be a matter of time
    where keys would be properly backlit and do automated lightning of the most used
    keys that a user presses during its app session. This includes games, of course.
    But so far, I don't see anything quite the likes of it.

    Is something like this too much overkill?:

    • Keys like WSAD are often used on games, so the heatmap memorization on this should be
      easy, and these keys would be always full lighten.

    • The learning process would start at everything black and sequential lighting intensity
      would lighten up the most used keys until after some sessions, until the obvious key
      presses would do the entire map (except for exclusions) for the user, instead of the
      usual boring manual map of dozens of apps.

    Considering there are backlight keyboards that do RGB patterns synced with other gaming
    peripherals, I thought this couldn't be much out of the ordinary, but I could be wrong.

    Regardless, my rating for this magnificent MX Keys is an easy 10/10.

18. Play/pause action problem

    I'll correct you.
    I wrote earlier that Play / pause does not handle the youtube player running in Firefox.
    The built-in player manager works, but only the volume up / down works.
    The Play / Pause action is incorrect. The action does nothing. It does not control the built-in player manager.

20. Download failed Check network, but network is fine

    When the app opens all it says is download failed check connection. There are no connection issues and I have clicked retry but it will not change
