scrolling
When I scroll down, scroll action acts exponential but when i scroll up, it doesn't work as that. What may solve this problem, please help me, thank you Logitech.

logitoption lower my macbook process
Hi I'm Mark
Using MX Master 3 on my Mac Book pro 2015I find it greatly suit my mac, however after I use the Mx master 3, my computer start to load everything slowly.
After checking the system process, the process of the logioptionplus_updater seems to lower my macbook's efficiency.
Could you help fix this problem for me?

please support windows keyboard layout of mx keys for mac versioin from windows O/S.

for example.
right command key -> language change.
left command key -> alt
is it very hard? or don't you have the programming skills?

MX Keysで再定義されたキーは、最初の使用では正しく機能しません。
Logitechオプションアプリを使用して、画面ロックキーを他の機能に再定義しました。しかし、数分間放置した後にそのキーを押下すると、再定義した機能ではなく画面ロックが機能します。画面ロック状態を解除し、再度押下すると再定義した機能は問題なく機能します。

Setitngs lost after logi options+ update
After the new update, my mouse settings are lost. They cannot be restored from backup, as the newest update removed it. I am now very dissapointed because I had quite a lot of profiles for different programs...

Be able to have Settings "Profiles"
Context:
When I`m browsing on the web, I use my MX Master 3 side scroll to change de volume, but sometimes I need to use it to navigate between tabs.That said, I often need to open the application to change "shortcut profiles".
Idea:
It would be useful to execute a shortcut that changed my configuration profile.Something like: "Watching Videos Profile" and "Browsing the Web Profile".

Profile for gestures
I'm trying to modify Windows navigation gestures with thumb button on MX Master 3. It's great on global but when I modify it in specific applications config, I have to do it manually in any single app which is a bit annoying.
So, it would be great if I can save my customized profile for these gestures, and only need to change to that profile on each app I want.Thanks for your hard work!

This app is great in design and ease of use.
I don't know if this will be a suggestion for this app, but please make this app WebCam compatible or rework the WebCam app. The current WebCam app has an outdated UI and I find it difficult to use.2 votes -

My logitech MX Keys is stuck at "fetching settings from Options"
I have tried restarting the computer, reinstalling the software and all, to no avail.

I am having a horrible user experience with your product. It's been a while since I bought your mouse and I still can't get used to the horrible scrolling of the mouse wheel. It's unpredictable, the acceleration it follows is too sensitive to small changes in scrolling speed. Please, this is so frustrating for me, I need you to develop different acceleration profiles for the wheel. MX Master 3 sticky rubber
For the next MX Master mouse, I wish the rubber material would be softer than the one we have on the current model. It also gets sticky after a while.
