I am having a horrible user experience with your product. It's been a while since I bought your mouse and I still can't get used to the horrible scrolling of the mouse wheel. It's unpredictable, the acceleration it follows is too sensitive to small changes in scrolling speed. Please, this is so frustrating for me, I need you to develop different acceleration profiles for the wheel. I need my mouse wheel to work like a normal mouse, to do this you should add some sort of threshold to the rotation, it senses involuntary scrolling when I take my finger off the wheel. Then I will use the software called MOS to achieve smooth scrolling. Please answer me. I can't realize that I spent so much money for such an annoying device.
