Stuck
Hi there when I open Options+ and click on my mouse, I can not get past this pop-up and get into the mouse settings. Originally I was able to set up the AI buttons, but upon re-opening the app, it gets stuck here.
please help

It auto scrolls when not wanted
Not liking this mouse. I scroll down and stop, it moves page back up. I don't move mouse it scrolls, mouse not being touched it scrolls, pick it up flip over to turn off and it scrolls. No way to adjust scrolling, just pointer response. Oh and AI sucks. we do not need it in everything!!

AI 프롬프트 바로 그냥 GPT로 가졌으면 좋겠습니다! 물론 지금도 바로 가지긴 하는데, 한번씩 그냥 프롬프트 창만 떠서 번거로운 클릭을 하게 됩니다, 또한 지금 로지텍 옵션 플러스 무한로딩이 계속되서 설치하고 지우고 하는데, 진짜 굉장히 불편합니다... 무한로딩은 진짜 좀 아닌것 같아요.. 업데이트 해서 새로운 기능 편의성 개선 좋지만 일단 사용 할 수 있어야죠.. 하루 빨리 해결 됐으면 좋겠습니다... ㅠㅠ

Bloatware- go fix
you so completely suck i hate the fact i own 4 mx masters. i whish i had alternatives and someday i will.
with completely wiped pc optionsplus gives me problems. login is bad, i hate splash screens, i dont want any ai **** i want to use my mice with my settins. i dont want your bloatware1 vote -
Battery level
Neat looking app, well done. But there's heaps here more than is really necessary. AI, prompts, zoom calls, this is really confusing, this is just a computer mouse, why do we need all this?. Among all that I still can't find a straightforward way to see the battery level on my mouse. This should be front and center of attention. Likely this is one of the main reasons users seek this app. to see where the battery is at.

Problème de gestion des paramètres

2 points problématiques rencontré à l'installation.
1) Le logiciel était en anglais à l'installation avec un paramètrage sur " utiliser la langue du système " qui est le Français.
2) Je ne trouve pas le moyen d'importer mes réglages provenant d'autres machines, comment se fait il que l'on ai pas le moyen de se connecter à notre compte?1 vote -
MX Keys wrong layout switching between macOS and Windows
Using MX keyboard with macOS and under Windows on BootCamp. When switching back to macOS from Windows the keyboard doesn't work unless the stupid software is manually opened. Opening Spotlight with CMD+Space show instead folder information and nonsense characters are entered when typing. Instead of implementing useless features like AI logitech should focus on fixing bugs!

GPT NOT WORKING
I loved the AI feature but now when I submit the text from the app, it isn't loaded on the Chatgpt. So update to fix that would be nice.
I also noticed that previously, when it was working, the line breaks weren't implemented when text would appear on ChatGPT, so an update for that would be appreciated as well.

more movement customizations
The movement options available are pitiful. Where are the basic acceleration and accuracy options? I don't need AI BS dreamed up by your marketing department. Spend time on the things that I need to fine tune my trackball response or I will find another brand that does this. My Logitech mouse 15 years ago had more response customization.

Application keeps stopping to work
ok, are we still doing all the AI ****, and keep breaking basic functionality of the drivers app. For the last several weeks, I have to manually start the Logi Options + application manually like 10 times a day, for my customizations to work. Something that was working totally fine for the last 10 years BTW.

I hate the Logi Options+ App
Stop jamming AI into things. I literally just want a mouse that reliably works when I turn it on with the settings I give it. I love the comfort of the MX Master I've been using for years now, but am ready to throw it in the trash because of how much I hate the Logi Options+ app.

It's just a honest opinion from who is disappointed after many years of weird product decisions
I feel like all this AI thing you're pushing into the app is ********. Just make a good and lite manager for the keyboard and mouse without crazy bugs and everyone will be happy. I'm already considering buying my hardware from other brand concerned with my privacy, this has access to too many stuff in the OS.

Chat GPT Highlight for copy and paste
The Open AI chat gpt option is no good because we cant copy from the test. Noramlly from chat gpt I only want a portion, but when I open the chat gpt window short cut I am unable to highlight text and copy the portion I want. I can only copy the entire text. This slows me down.

Do users need Logi Options plus continuously running?
I purchased the Brio MX and it called for Logi Options + to be installed. I see that running in task manager and I'm not actively tweaking settings or doing firmware update. Seems to be made for custom mouse and keyboard AI so would you provide more clarity on when web cam users would or would not need to use this?

I'm about ready to switch to another product, but I'm afraid you all conspire to ruin our lives together. I'm sick and tired of the fact that you decide to throw in some new useless feature and wipe out our settings in the process. I have the keys on my keyboards, and the scroll wheels on my mice, set up the way I work and you reset everything to force me to look at your new AI features? All it does it ****** me off. Bluetooth mouse "disconnects" all the time
The bluetooth works but the buttons stop working ALL THE BLOODY TIME. This fixes it but I won't make the mistake of buying Logitech again.

Je posède un Macbook pro à titre personel et je travail avec un ordinateur windows.
Mon ordinateur du travail ne me laisse pas installer les logiciels disponible pour configuer mon apareil, de ce fait j ai du connecter le doogle à mon macbook pour configuer le clavier mais quand je remet le doogle sur mon pc avec windows plusieur touche ne fonctionne plus et dans le logiciel Option il est indiquer comme etant pairer a MacOs.
Est il possible de paramètrer ca dans l'application option ?

It's not working well
When a text is highlighted, and I open the AI Prompt Builder, it is not copied automatically, I need to do that manually.
It only works well if I'm not logged in ChatGPT. If I am logged in, after clicking the "Go" arrow button, it opens the ChatGPT interface without any input, just a new conversation. Please consider I have a paid account.
