3. "Logi_Devio_MainWindow"

   Hello

   My computer is blocked/hangs when I do restart and shutdown on a Windows 10 Pro.
   Error message: "LogiDevioMainWindow"

   I know it is caused by your software because it occurred directly after I installed it.

   Try to contact your support but got stuck in the chat with a silly chat-bot and could not receive any help.

   Please advise how I can get rid of the "LogiDevioMainWindow" error!

4. MX Master 3 が頻繁に非アクティブになる

5. CPU

   Hi,
   I love your hardware and your software, yet I have one issue with it.
   An item called "logioptionsplus_updater" is taking up huge amounts of my CPU. Please fix this issue, as I'm not sure it's on my computers end.

9. M1 Freezes

   Running the software on a M1 device results in periods where anything which requires the software (CAPSlock popups, media buttons etc) to not work and cause the system to hang for 10-15s and then work fine for an indeterminate amount of time before happening again.

   This doesn't happen with the same hardware (mouse/keyboard) on a non-M1 machine in the same OS version and same peripherals used (same office)

11. Tab and Spacebar on MX Keys Mini don't work as expected in some MacBook software

    After configuring my MX Keys Mini with a bluetooth connection and using the Logi Options+ software on a MacBook Pro, the keyboard and some buttons would not work correctly. I found that this was because the Mac config under System Preferences > Accessibility > Keyboard was set to "Enable Full Keyboard Access". When this is disabled, the problems with Tab and Spacebar not working correctly, were resolved. I don't know if this setting was added as a part of the installation of drivers and/or software, but it was very frustrating.

15. Herunterfahren BREMSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Problem:
    seit Installation (Windows 10) fährt Windows nur verzögert herunter mit der Meldung (dass die Logitech App das Herunterfahren behindert (sinngemäß)... Ich habe nun 5 (!!!!!) Registrierungsschlüssel im System geändert (ja 5 Schlüssel angelegt/geändert) die Anwendungen sofort schließen sollen etc. wenn Windows heruntergefahren wird ---> NICHTS HILFT! Wenn ich die Tastenbelegungen meiner neuen Maus nicht benötigen würde hätte ich Options+ sofort wieder deinstalliert. Bitte löst das Problem beim nächsten Update - es kann doch nicht nur mich betreffen? Warum weigert sich "Options+ und noch ein Logitech "Dienst" trotz aller Befehle die in der Registry hinterlegt sind vehement ..... :-( Nur noch nervig, sorry.
    Und was soll das hier in der Hilfe dass es aufhört wenn man das Programm installiert????? Ich habe es ja installiert damit ich meine Maus sinnvoll nutzen kann!

18. Mx master + earpodPro = bad teammate

    My mouse mx master 3 for mac, when connected in bluetooth aswell with my earpod pro from apple make the sound of my voice like robot.
    Don't know where the problem is but it's a know bug. Maybe it's on your side.

20. Mouse Didn't Load, Ghost inactive Profile

    Mouse wouldn't load this morning via bluetooth - bluetooth was fine. Is it because of this inactive "ghost" profile I neither created or can remove? Incredibly frustrating. Please fix this, seems like a software issue.
