1. M1 Macbook Air CPU Utilization

2. features of mouse and keyboard not working

   hey guys,
   thanks for the great app,
   but today my mouse and keyboard's some features were not working(i have the mx master 3 and the mx keys) like the funciton buttons on the mx keys do not work right now and the thumb key of the mx master 3 is working for switching between windows but the single click does nothing.(im on macOS and the features i talked about were working yesterday)

3. Flow between PC and Mac is broken

   I'm seeing this message constantly on my PC. It's happening whenever I try and use Flow to switch between my Windows 11 PC and my Mac on macOS Monterey version 12.2.1.

   When I click on the message, I can move from my PC to Mac. When I move back to my PC and try to move to my Mac, I'll see this message again on the PC.

4. App Groups

   Please add app groups for custom profiles. Eg: link Chrome and Edge together to share the same profile. Adobe Apps all have the same shortcuts. I have so many apps that use the same profiles and this would save so much time and headache not having to manually change each one every time.

   I'm using the M1 Pro Macbook 14 inch. Connected the MX Keys by Bluetooth. The backlight is not working at all on the keyboard, as well as the indicator for battery (no green nor charging light).

   I tried turning off and on, restoring to default, and remove keyboarnd and reconnected it. please help, can't work properly in the dark. need the backlight!

8. It's still not working.

   This software (Logitech Options Plus, latest beta) is trash. I can't find anything positive to say. It's simply unacceptable that I've had to uninstall and reinstall this software several times on both my PC and my Mac. It's buggy, it forgets my settings when it freezes/crashes, and is a resource hog especially on my Mac. You make great hardware but if the software can't keep up, it's useless. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt: I believe your software team is under-resourced rather than ignorant or incompetent, but it doesn't matter. Fix the **** software if you want to sell more hardware. There's no excuse for this kind of unreliable software from a major company these days. Get your software team the resources they need.

11. "Download failed. Check network" error

    Both my devices had an error saying "Download failed. Check network". However, my wifi is working fine. I click on the "RETRY" button and the same issue persisted. I'm not sure how I could resolve this error.

13. Custom buttons inconsistent

    I don't know about anyone else, but I'm almost at the end of my Logitech rope (possibly just my Options + rope). MX Keys and MX Master 3 using Options + (on an M1 Mac and Intel Mac), and at least once per day while using any random program I've got custom settings for, and the mouse buttons won't do what they're programmed to until I either turn the mouse off and back on, open up Options+ and change a setting/change it back, and/or reset my machine. Huge time waster. Using Flow, often when I switch to controlling one computer, only the mouse control will transfer, leaving the keyboard to control the previous computer, and I have to manually switch which computer it's paired to. I've tried uninstalling Options+, unpairing and repairing peripherals, everything I can think of. Terrible experience the past several weeks.

14. Duplicate Logi Options+ apps and no proper uninstaller?

    I have Logi Options+ installed on 3 separate Macbooks - all M1 Macbooks. For some reason, on each install for each Macbook, there's 2 duplicate Logi Options+ apps that show up in the macOS app Launchpad. One of them actually opens up the Logi Options+ app on click, and the other one doesn't open the app on click.

    On the above note, I'm not sure why Logi Options+ doesn't install to the /Applications/ folder that all my other macOS apps seem to do. It's a bit unfriendly to the user to have to dig for the install location which seems to install to /Users/Shared/LogiOptionsPlus

    I'd also like to have a built-in uninstaller for the app that comes with the initial install. I want to do a full clean removal/uninstall of the app. I can drag the app to the trash bin but it seems like that's not a full removal because Logi Options+ installs other background processes and would leave residual files.

19. Stop rushing updates

    EVERY update breaks my mouse software. EVERY ******* UPDATE.

    I just want the ******* copy and paste config to work. EVERY update breaks it.

    On my MX Master 2S and the ******* 3.

    STOP BREAKING THINGS. I upgraded to the beta hoping the buggy mess would stop.
