1. M650 switch from bluetooth to dongle vv.

   Why do I have to pair a new bluetooth profile every time I switch from dongle to bluetooth connection? I already have paired the device with my machine.

3. Naming for shortcut

   I don't understand why you haven't keep the option to put a name to the shortcut we create. For example with my MX Master 3S with the gesture shortcut and for each application, it would have been VERY useful to keep the possibility to put a name to the new shortcut we add.
   As random example for a softwares shortcut: "Commande + a" and then I can write "Select All".
   It used to be like that in the older version of the Logitech app for the mouse shortcut setting.
   Now it can be tricky to remember or keep ordered the many personal shortcuts added for each softwares.

4. Improve customer support for sketchup

   Your support team is terrible! Bought this mouse for sketchup customization and can't program keyboard shortcuts into buttons. I am not allowed to speak with anyone but the lowest level, and they are ignorant. I have wasted hours on this.

6. Doppelinput in neuer Treiberversion

   Ich habe seit wenigen Wochen mit meiner MX Master 3 das Problem, dass es häufig zu Doppelinputs bei Verwendung des Mittleren Mausklicks kommt. In der Praxis bedeutet das z.B., wenn ich per mittlerem Mausklick auf einen Link, diesen in einem neuen Tab öffnen will, dass zwei Tabs mit gleichem Inhalt geöffnet werden.

   Cant see the battery percentage on my devices.

9. Logi Options+ crashes when using Monitor based KVM

   Hi There,

   I've submitted this feedback before - BUT - I note in the settings that it says to remember to "Share diagnostics and usage data" to be offered new versions ... so I've changed that setting now.

   So what I'm seeing is this. My primary personal workstation is an iMac 2020 running Sonoma 14.4.1. I have an MX Keys Combo Keyboard and Mouse, and use the Unifying Receiver plugged into my Benq DesignVue PD3205U 32" Monitor - which has an in-built KVM. I do this, because my Professional / Job machine is a Windows Desktop.

   The KVM in the Monitor does a much better job of keeping each machine "thinking" the monitor and attached devices are still there. THAT is why I prefer to use a monitor based KVM.

   The downside as I've come to find, is that Logi Options+ on my Mac crashes or quits if I am connected to my "work machine" - which is a Windows machine - for an extended period of time.

   Presumably, it is checking to see if the devices remain active? I don't know. But I find this behaviour for my particular situation very, very frustrating. And I suspect there would be others doing the same thing as me.

   KVM enabled monitors are becoming more and more common, and people use them for precisely the same reason I do.

   I would really like it, if you could investigate this situation - at least offer a setting in Logi Options+ that explicitly controls whether the application should not exit / crash when the MX Keys Combo has not been "seen" for some time.

   I hope I've explained the scenario clearly enough for you, and I hope that there might be something that is able to be done.

10. Mouse follow keyboard

    Hello
    I have the mouse MX Master 3 and the keyboard MX Keys, I love them, I use in 2 computer with Flow but I really think the mouse should follow the keyboard when I press computer 1, 2 or 3, I don't like have to press ctr+ go to the corner, sometimes the keyboard doesn't follow (when switching too quick between them) and the mouse and keyboard stays in different computer.
    It would be amazing if I could switch computer by pressing the 3 sources in the keyboard and the mouse follow.

11. MX Mechanical + Context Menu button

    One thing I realy hate in MX Mechanical keyboard: absence of Context menu button

    When you type a lot of text it is a huge issue

    Can you add the possibility to remap right Start button's functional in Logi Software. It will be very helpful

12. Logi Options disconnected keyboard

    Logi Options 1.64.527952 disconnected my MX Keys S. I couldn't get into my PC. Lucky I had another keyboard laying around.

15. Keep Backlight ON

    Add an option to to keep the keyboard back light on. Many times I find I have to touch the keys to get it to light up. I am usually using it for editing in a dark room and the back lighting goes out when I am using to other controllers.

17. Smart Actions breaks Ctrl + Arrows to jump to end of word

    This is a bug report:
    As you likely know you can use Ctrl + arrow keys to move to end of words in either direction. Introducing a new "Smart Action" That was bound to Ctrl + Num6, performing a series of clicks (F2,LeftArrow,Ctrl+Shift+Right*6,Right,Del,Enter,Down) the jump to end of word (Ctrl + Arrows) stopped working reliably (only first click registered, after which ctrl became unpressed). The Smart action was deactivated, so I didn't think much of it, BUT IT WAS THE CULPRIT. It wasn't until later today I deleted it and now my computer works as it should.

20. Current update broke things.

    With this latest Logi Options+ software update, my mapped keys don't work. I created new Smart Actions... and those don't work either. Chat support was ZERO help... 3 minutes between responses... and suggestions didn't work. (everything worked FINE before this last update.)
