Power Save mode?
As a longtime user of the MX Master 3 mouse (connected using the USB Unifying Receiver) and Logi Options software on Windows 10, I have been very pleased with the productivity the combo provides. I have set up many specific apps with programed keys. The Global Setting includes programming the Middle button as “Start” to open the Start Menu. It is important to note that this setting worked without ever changing the scroll wheel mode.
I tried the beta software for Logi Options+ with my MX Master 3 and all the same settings with the exception “Start” which is now “Keystroke = Windows Key.” I began to have intermittent issues with the scroll wheel switching from Free Spin to Ratchet when I pressed the middle button to open Start. I reported this issue using the Feedback hub in the app multiple times. I was forced to go back to using Logi Options to remedy this issue. As each new version of the beta for Logi Options+ was released, I would try it with the same result and again return to Logi Options. When the release version 1.0.5155.0 became available, I once again installed Logi Options+ and found it produced the same issue.
With the much-appreciated discount coupon for testing the beta software for Logi Options+, I purchased the new MX Master 3S (connected using the USB Logi Bolt Receiver) and installed the Logi Options+ software (ver. 1.0.5155.0). It was working fine and then the issue with the scroll wheel randomly switching from Free Spin to Ratchet started happening again, so I took to the Community Forums in search of answers.
I finally found someone who suggested the issue could be related to the “Power Saving mode” of the mouse. After testing this theory, I discovered that if the mouse had been idle for a while, it went into Power Saving mode. Evidently this causes the mouse to lose connection with Logi Options+ software which also means all the settings for the buttons on the mouse use the hard-coded defaults. The default for the “Middle Button” is “Shift Wheel Mode” and so after being away from the computer for a while and returning, pushing the middle button to open the Start Menu without first moving the mouse caused the wheel mode to shift from “Free Spin” to “Ratchet.” If the mouse is moved first and allowed to come out of Power Saving mode everything works as intended.
Although I have a work-around for this issue for now. It would be great if someone could please explain what exactly is going on. As I said, the issue first occurred when installing the Logi Options+ software with my MX Master 3 mouse. Nothing about my computer system was changed except the Logi Options+ installation. This would lead me to believe that there is something coded differently in the software.

typisch schlechte Software, plötzlich kann ich meine Tasten nicht mehr umprogrammieren, das Menü geht einfach nicht mehr auf und zeigt nichts mehr an, auch das 2. Menü "Zeiger..." oder so ähnlich ist ohne Funktion.

Latest update broke Spotify integration
Latest update installed. Volume knob no longer works with Spotify integration. Using the play/pause Spotify action stops song, turns off remote speakers and turns Spotify repeat on and blanks out most of the keypad buttons with the dreaded ! icon. Seems completely broken now.

crashing reinstall
I have to reinstall this **** *** app every other day because it gets stuck loading when I try to reopen it and all my settings are randomly getting reset back to default key functions. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD fix this app.

Choppy/jerky mouse movement
I am using the K600 on a large screen and the mouse pointer movement is "small jerky" rather than the smooth movement I experience with an inexpensive wired keyboard touch pad. Can this be fixed? I have tried adjusting the mouse settings like the speed of movement.

Logi Options+ Settings Stop Working or Don't Work Until the App is Opened
Regularly, the options set in the Logi Options+ app don't work until I open the app. The options will continue to work when I close the app, but sometimes I have to open more than once during my day. I stay logged in all day, my laptop never goes to sleep, but will go to the lock screen multiple times a day.

Every time I remove the charging cord from the mouse it immediately drops from 100% to 95%. How do I correct this malfunction?

Не добавляется мышка м650 в приложение, пишет - добавьте мышь, отправляет в настройки bluetooth, там добавляешь мышь и ничего не происходит дальше, программа мышь не видит

Two Windows 11 computers, Two Logitech mice, software loaded. WILL NOT connect. These mice and Logitech software is worthless. I'm going to look for a better brand of mice.

design suggestion for the position of the led indicator
Hello! I have an MX Keys S, and I would like to recommend one small adjustment:
When it is time to charge my keyboard, there is the red light, and on my table there is the USB-C charger. I usually try to plug the plug without seeing the actual hole, so maybe the led indicator should indicate where to put that thing.
It's the small things you know :-)(and also have an MX Master 3S)

Binding FN + Key
On MX Mechanical Mini, rebinding keys is quite limited: some keyboard shortcuts do not function (Ctrl Alt Del for example) and the number of keys that we can modify is fairly low without losing a lot of functionality.
It would be game changing if it was possible to use the second "layer" of keys triggered by the FN key like available on keyboards from other high-end manufacturers for which we also need to use an app running on the computer.
This would make MX Mechanical Mini and other Logitech keyboards much more powerful than many other products given the functions already present and the per-app configuration.
Thank you for considering allowing this - it would fix the only big downside software-wise.

Logi Options+によるAlt+F4送信がWindows 11のストア版メモ帳で機能しない件
Logi Options+にて、マウスボタンに「Alt+F4」のショートカットを割り当てていますが、Windows 11のストア版メモ帳ではこの操作が反応しません。
一方、従来版メモ帳（Win32版）では同じ設定で正常にウィンドウが閉じられます。これは、ストアアプリとの互換性に何らかの制限がある可能性があると考えられます。
今後のアップデートで、より多くのWindowsアプリとの互換性が向上することを期待しております。

MX ERGO S(MXTB2)でEasy-Switchボタンを押した際の動作について
MX ERGO(MXTB1)を長年愛用していたのですが、経年劣化によるものと思われるチャタリングが発生するようになったので、MX ERGO S(MXTB2)を購入しました。
基本的に気に入っているのですが、Easy-Switchボタンを押した際の動作が異なることに対して、非常にストレスを感じます。
MXTB1だと、どんな状態であってもEasy-Switchボタンを1回押したら切り替わったと思いますが、MXTB2の場合は1回目の押下で選択状態になり、もう1回押すことで確定・切替、となっていて、非常に面倒に感じます。
Options+の設定等で何とかなりませんでしょうか？1 vote -

Independent swap mouse buttons (how many times do we need to ask?)
Please provide a swap-buttons option that can be set per device, not globally. (The swap left/right buttons is a global setting even though it appears in the mouse device's settings screen.)
I use two mice (at different times) with the left-hand. One is left-handed and one is right-handed. I only want to swap buttons on the right-handed mouse.

macOS Scrolling Bug Still Exists
It'd be great if Logi would actually dig into a macOS bug that has been around for many years, causing the reverse scroll to stop working unless either the computer is restarted or the service is killed using the following command:

UX improvement
I use multiple MX Master 3S mice with the same laptop — one at work and one at home. In the Logi+ app, it would be really helpful if I could assign custom names to each mouse. That way, I could easily distinguish between them instead of seeing two identical entries.
