keyboard appears to fall asleep after 20 secs of inactivity
Hi guys! I have this recurring problem with the Mx Keys Mini on my new Macbook Pro (running Monterey 12.4).
I am a senior software developer and have some idea about software configuration and use.
The keyboard is set up properly and all permissions are granted. The problem occurs in a home office environment (no particular radio/bluetooth interference).
The keyboard is fully charged, as is the Macbook Pro.
I can replicate this issue 100% of the time.
After not having touched the keyboard for a short period (around 20 seconds), the keyboard appears to enter some kind of sleep mode.

After PC boots or wakes up from sleep, assigned button functions for mice and keyboard take an unacceptably long time to start working
With the old version, all the assigned button functions for my mice and keyboard worked almost instantly when my laptop PC booted up or woke up from sleep. The new version takes far too long to register/respond, taking hundreds or even thousands of times longer than the old version. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

Excel Lateral Scroll disables vertical scroll
On Microsoft Excel, after using the lateral scroll (thumb wheel), the vertical scroll doesn't work anymore. Neither the scroll with the keyboard arrows. For them to work again it is necessary to click on the scroll bar but they will stop working every time after you use the lateral scroll.

MX Master 3 loses button and scroll settings
Several times since installing Logi Options+ beta, the gesture and other settings for my MX Master 3 mouse has stopped working. The mouse controls revert back to default.
For example, I have the Gestures button set to Window Navigation where in macOS it can be used to activate Mission Control and slide between desktops. When it stops working correctly, the gestures instead activate the Cmd+Tab application switcher. Same for scrolling; I use "Standard" direction with the scroll wheel, but when it stops working it reverts to macOS default inverted direction.

Download Failed? MX Master 3 Cant be configured.
options+ just updated to the december 16 version. now i cant reconfigure my MX master 3. theres a "download failed check network" indicated on top of the mx master 3 picture on the app.

Mx master is connected but LogiOptions+ is saying inactive (Mac).

remettre la fonction fermer l'onglet
le bouton du milieu sous la molette ets très utile en mode fermer l'onglet. Depuis la dernière mise à jour cela ne marche que sur edge. la commande a basculé en fermer la fenêtre. je désinstalle et je retourne à l'ancienne version ça fonctionnait au moins sous chrome. ce serait bien si ça pouvait marcher aussi sur firefox ou brave

Options should show the battery condition of logitech devices
I just noticed that Options+ does not show the battery condition of the mouse, while the original Logitech Options does. Personally, I find it convenient to know the battery condition.

From bad to worse
The Options+ software has been nothing but frustrating recently. The original Logitech options already regularly fails to set up Logitech Flow and now Options+ can't even detect connected devices. I'm typing this on an MX Keys and using an MX Master 3 mouse and Options+ can't detect either of them despite both devices working perfectly fine.

Roadmap for application improvement
Hi,
For your application, a pretty basic piece of functionality seems to be missing: "Minimizing/closing to notification area." Or did I miss it?

Duplicate settings profile
Absolutely need ability to DUPLICATE a settings profile. E.g., duplicate the global setting and then make a single tweak for a special app. Right now I have to build every profile from scratch! =(

logi options stops working
Logi options and logi options + stop working at random on my mx master 3. Mostly after waking from sleep but not always.

Logi Options+ is still super buggy.
With the new updates and Logi Options+ coming out of beta, the software is still super buggy. I can't get my Anywhere 3 settings to stick when I use Flow on my two Macs.

Customer service on Logitech MX Master 3 virtually non-existent
Your website has no customer support. My logitech mouse is malfunctioning big time. Please have better customer service.

Mouse customizations gone (software stops working) after waking from sleep on M1 Macbook
This software stops working every time my macbook pro m1 comes out of sleep mode. The mouse works but the customizations are all lost. It's very frustrating. The only way to resolve it is to reboot the machine. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Every personalization and gesture of the mouse stop working after couple of hours of sleep
If PC goes to sleep for couple of hour not everytime but sometimes gestures and personalization on the mouse stop working. On the app appear a red box with written FIX and ask to reboot the system, very annoying if you have hundreds of application and tabs open... Fix it ASAP please
