Scrollen unkontrolliert
Guten Tag, was haben Sie mit der neuen Version der Software gemacht??? Man kann mit der Maus nicht mehr gescheit scrollen!!! Entweder scrollt der Bildschirm fast gar nicht, dann unkontrolliert wieder eine ganze Bildschirmseite, dann springt es wie wild rauf und runter. Bis zu der Softwareänderung habe ich die Apple Magic Maus nicht vermisst. Aber so geht das nicht!

水平滚动时常失效
系统: windows 11
鼠标: mx master 3
问题: 拇指滚轮(水平滚动)时常失效, 有时候需要换个能水平滚动的窗口滚两下, 然后再切回之前不能水平滚动的, 才可以水平滚动. 有时候啥所有窗口不能水平滚动了, 只有把鼠标开关关了再开又好了6 votes -
Worst product ever
This is a horrible product and a giant waste of money. Even your customer support is useless at providing any help. I spent $70 on this mouse so I can have the features that it allows but even after letting it track virtually everything I do on my computer from location to my keystrokes it still fails any time I am not directly working with the app open and as my primary window.

bug
software issue with buttons registering inputs from default settings after changing the function of the buttons. Registered the back button as middle mouse now the button registers both inputs, back and middle at the same time. This is A BUG

Please just update in the background. Don't open the app once an update is auto installed
This app should not open when a new update is installed. It's annoying to be working in the middle of a project when Logi Options just opens up and covers my work randomly just to tell me about this new update.

Smart Shift turns off
In the MxMaster 3 I remapped the action of the Smart Shift button, but sometimes, for a moment the custom mapping is not working and when I click this button the default action is taken, which turns off the smart shift and leaves me with no option to turn it back on other than go into the setting and change it back right there. It is very annoying.

Useless version of Options software
I'm prompted to update to a version of the Options software that doesn't support all Logitech devices I currently use? What a waste of time.

Upsell lunge?
Please finally add support for the MX Ergo. It's ridiculous that you all are dragging your feet on this. I don't want one of the newer models. I have 2 MX Ergos and they are amazing. Not to mention there isn't a direct "bolt" or otherwise model available. Just feels like a FOMO sales tactic to me.

Cannot pair mouse with laptop - Signature 650L
I cannot pair my Signature 650L mouse with my laptop...online support was not helpful either. The buttons on picture for pairing is not the same buttons I have on my mouse...pairing options could not find my speciifc mouse so I could get full benefit of new mouse I purchased

Horrible update of software, just roll back to Logi Options
The Logitech options « is a HUGE downgrade from the old version. It lacks features, has a lot of bugs (keeps forgeting devices and the devices stop working, I set custom layout for apps and after a while it goes back to the default one, some pre-made app' shortcuts are missing, etc). I'm unistaling and going back to the old version.
THIS IS UNACEPTABLE, I paid 200€ for a mouse and keyboard being limited by stupid software
