This is a horrible product and a giant waste of money. Even your customer support is useless at providing any help. I spent $70 on this mouse so I can have the features that it allows but even after letting it track virtually everything I do on my computer from location to my keystrokes it still fails any time I am not directly working with the app open and as my primary window.
