  1. ChatGPT windows to have focus on the text field when launched

    Hey, I have the mx keys. I love the option to put AI to a button but it'd be amazing if when the windows appears, to also focus on the text field rather than me needing to use the mouse.

  2. New Annoying Folder

    All of a sudden I have a folder named "aioverlaytmp" on my machines. reddit says it's from Logi Options+ and says I can delete a folder at " /Library/Application Support/Logitech.localized/LogiOptionsPlus" and delete the " Logi AI Prompt Builder directory".

    Before I do that, I thought I'd check with you and see if that's bad, and if there's a better way to remove a folder I don't expect I'll ever need.

  3. Ghost directory ai_overlay_tmp

    Logi Options+ keeps creating a folder in my root directory called aioverlaytmp. The folder is empty and I'm not sure what purpose it serves or why it has to be located in my root directory. If this is a bug could you please release a fix.

  4. Breach of trust. No longer spending money with you.

    Couldnt figure out why my computer was grinding to a halt until I saw that your AI predictive software was automatically installed and running on my computer as basically a keylogger. Seriously get over yourself as a company, this is a breaking point for me and I will no longer be be purchasing logitech products. I currently have 4 MX master keyboards and 5 MX master mice for myself and family. I will spend my money elsewhere.

    Absolute abuse of trust putting AI onto my keyboard and mouse without knowledge or consent AND having it be implemented so poorly that…

  5. Common sense please

    Please stop spending time developing AI gesture rubbish and fix the core issues with Options+ and Flow. I have to reboot 2 to 5 times a day because one PC can't see the other. I love Logitech hardware but the software is still diabolical and bloated with **** nobody needs.

    Salve, per il mio lavoro, il mio workflow, e forse ormai per gesture acquisite era molto comodo quando ai due pulsanti laterali sotto la rotella era possibile associare (prima della beta+) la funzione di scorrimento a destra e a sinistra, cosa che adesso non c'è piu tra le opzioni

  7. Should require account to use basic features of software

    It is an absolutely poor user experience to require creating an account and logging in in order to use basic features of this software. Requiring an account make sense to use the cloud backup features or even the AI stuff, but not for setting custom actions on your mouse or keyboard.

  8. What happened to auto-scroll

    My middle scroll button would switch to "auto-scroll" when I pressed it but it disappeared when I updated Logi Options+. Tried resetting using AI but no listing for auto-scroll (changes to Up & Down arrows and moving the mouse up or down makes the screen scroll). I have a Logitech M705 on my Laptop computer and that scroll middle button changes to auto-scroll when depressed.

  9. Riavvio anomalo dopo stand by MavBook Pro 13" 2020

    Logi Option+ dopo uno stand by (MacBook 2020 13" T2) non si riattiva correttamente con conseguente malfunzionamento dello scroll e delle funzionalità assegnate ai pulsanti. Inoltre dal pannello di controllo di Logi Option+ il mouse risulta inattivo (cosa non vera: funziona, con le anomalie di cui sopra, ma funziona)

  10. Bluetooth connectivity

    After the last update for my keyboard, bluetooth connections are MORE finicky than ever before. I've had to remove it from Windows and reconnect to get it to work. I hope this is fixed in a future update. Please focus on quality hardware and software over chasing AI dreams.

  11. Software updates break mouse configuration, making it unusable until manually configured AGAIN

    Every time your software updates it changes the config of my mouse. It's incredibly annoying. I'm disabling updates now - I couldn't be less interested in AI features on a mouse - it just needs to work as a mouse, and every time the software updates it doesn't even do that!

  12. add Logitech Craft Keyboard to the Logi options+

    can you add the Logitech Craft keyboard to the app?
    so i can combine the Ai engine and combine it al my other Logitech devices in the logi options+ app.
    it will also helps to sell more of the master series keyboards because a lot of people are waiting for it! :)

  13. Hide or move ai_overlay_tmp

    Could you please create the folder "aioverlaytmp" in the Application Support folder under Library? It's annoying to see this as the first thing in my Home folder. Thank you

  14. Updates make things worse

    How come every update makes things worse? Before this update I was able to move the mouse between 2 macs without a problem now it hangs and takes some time to recognize the mouse on either. Maybe stop focusing on AI and just ensure the mouse equipment works across the machines

  16. unreliable mouse driver

    Mouse drive still crashing on mac os. no one cares about new features (AI, etc...) when they frequently have to reboot the system becuase the mouse stops working.

  17. Logi Sucks

    customer service sucks - took weeks to response, and then no more response

    software sucks - running useless things in the background without giving you choice to disable it, i only need to use my mouse with button setting of my choice, no need your stupid ai promt and else

    hardware sucks - out of order at exactly the 13mths

    don't think i will buy anything else from logi and i will share this with my friends

  18. It auto scrolls when not wanted

    Not liking this mouse. I scroll down and stop, it moves page back up. I don't move mouse it scrolls, mouse not being touched it scrolls, pick it up flip over to turn off and it scrolls. No way to adjust scrolling, just pointer response. Oh and AI sucks. we do not need it in everything!!

    AI 프롬프트 바로 그냥 GPT로 가졌으면 좋겠습니다! 물론 지금도 바로 가지긴 하는데, 한번씩 그냥 프롬프트 창만 떠서 번거로운 클릭을 하게 됩니다, 또한 지금 로지텍 옵션 플러스 무한로딩이 계속되서 설치하고 지우고 하는데, 진짜 굉장히 불편합니다... 무한로딩은 진짜 좀 아닌것 같아요.. 업데이트 해서 새로운 기능 편의성 개선 좋지만 일단 사용 할 수 있어야죠.. 하루 빨리 해결 됐으면 좋겠습니다... ㅠㅠ

    This is so freaking good and ****** mouse. I like style of this mouse, mx 3s, buttons, scroll, everythink, and I ******* hate software. I use macbook pro m1 pro. Everytime when I lock my macbook, go for coffee of something else, this ******* mouse goes to ****** default settings and doesn't work. I have to restart all software logishityoptithing and everything starts working. and also, i hate your replaying everywhere 3 steps, restart, **** and reinstall and ******* ********** I done that and it didn't work, and I can assure you 90% of users that have this problem just…
