  1. Bring back Cap Lock Disable

    Spend more time on your core products and customer concerns and less time on AI Prompt Builder and Smart Actions. The earlier versions of your software we much, much better - at least it had Cap Lock disable.

  3. Consistent crashing after update

    After a recent update, which I can only assume added the AI update, the application continues to crash while running in the background. Scroll direction, and the thumb key will stop working as configured. It's quite frustrating.

  4. Horrible experience with a bloated app made by braindead product managers

    The app is getting even more horrible with every update. That's weird how you could **** up a simple setup experience. Now my mouse and keyboard are in perpetual initialization loop. You are adding features literally nobody asked for. Neither online sync nor "Ai FeAtUrEs" are required from a ******* mouse and keyboard setup app.

    problema com sinal ou delay.
    no modo unify, o delay é enorme e acontece muito do teclado ou mouse parar de comunicar tipo ele se perde ai quando volta o teclado ele para o mouse e vice versa.

    no modo bluetooth, o delay melhora muito mas, o problema de funcionar um ou outro ainda acontece, menos, mas acontece, outro erro que acontece é que no mouse o ponteiro fica mais lento parece q o dpi fica muito baixo.

  7. Horizon scroller bug

    It's really unstable using the horizon scroller (side scroller) in almost all adobe app: Figma, AI, PTS... I have to open a gg sheet tab to activate the scroller then back to my app. That's so uncomfortable

  9. Opdatering har fjernet opsætning! ****!

    Nyeste opdatering har FJERNET mit MX Keys keyboard og min MX Master 3 mus, så jeg ikke kan opsætte dem længere. Softwaren forlanger jeg skal gen-parre dem men bliver aldrig færdig og viser aldrig mine enheder. "Elendigt" begynder ikke engang på at beskrive det. Under al kritik. Dyre enheder, LORTE software. Fjern jeres AI LORT og fokuser på at få jeres software til at fungere før I bruger tid og penge på AI - det er ren og skær svindel. Giv mig min opsætning tilbage så jeg skal slå det forbandede "soft-roll" FRA på min mus!

  11. How is it even possible to have your settings reset each time your software updates for a mouse of such price!

    It's absolutely ridiculous how my mouse resets to default settings each time your software updates. And every time I have to open your options+ app so that the settings are back to what I have. And it's even more ridiculous to witness you adding useless ai stuff into your app while being unable to fix such bugs

  12. Aplikacja logi options+ nie działa poprawnie

    Aplikacja logi options+ przestała działać sensownie, mam masę problemów i błędów i nawet nie moge skontaktować się z pomocą techniczną ponieważ nie mogę przejść przez bezużytecznego AI chatbota, który wymaga ode mnie odpowiedzi na pytanie w ogóle nie dotyczące moich problemów.

    Logi options + is a bugger I have to reinstall it every couple o. weeks to keep my personanl config... and the ai support agent it´s worse, the app keeeps configuring..,.,.. forever and the i have to reinstall it again

  14. Disposition du clavier incorrecte

    Les caractères <> et @# ... ne sont pas au bon endroit par rapport aux touches elles-mêmes.
    C'est vraiment très impactant et m'empêche de travailler correctement.

    Si aucune solution n'est apportée, je serai obligé de renvoyer ces claviers (j'en ai acheté deux !!)

    when i attempt to restart my windows 11 pro computer i get an error from logi AI Promp Builder that the instruction access a location in memory that cannot be read. i tested my memory and all memory passed the test.

  18. Loses Connection Hiss Boo

    Ever since your big AI update, my mouse constantly loses connection and it makes trying to highlight text a nightmare. I've confirmed it isn't the port, and it isn't the mouse mechanics, and it isn't me constantly letting go of the button early.

  19. user's manual?

    great keyboard, magically easy to install and get going.
    But, you are pushing AI at me and what I want is to get to a "user's manual" so I can find out what all the keys do. Basic seems to be forgotten....

  20. MOuse doesn't work. Options= software is useless to fix

    again, another company focused on the AI bandwagon. I have a mouse and USB unifying receiver that doesn't work for some reason. But your software seems to be more concerned with making sure I can build AI prompts or something. SO I have a worthless little mouse from your company, because this software has not place to fix it or give me help on the problem.
