3. Jerks for saying download Logi Options for an unsupported device

   I buy the Ergo K860. Says to down load Logi Options+, but Logi Options doesn't support this key board. You are jerks. I had to file an IT request to install something useless. An awful experience.

4. Scroll wheel reset getting worse

   The bug where the Smooth/Ratchet scroll gets reset has become even worse. Before opening the app resolved the issue, now it no longer fixes it. In addition the issue happens more frequently

7. Kompatibilität und Unterstützung der Produkte untereinander

   1.) Immer noch keine Unterstützung des Craft Advanced Keyboards. 2.) Easy Switch > keine Funktion!!! 3.) Keine Kompatibilität der Empfänger Logi Bolt und Unifying untereinander mit der MX Master 3 und der MX Master 3S!!! Bitte bald mal beheben. Die Geräte sind Super, aber an der Software und Kompatibilität mangelt es.

8. Disappointing Options+ Experience, messed up all settings + account management is a mess

   Options+ is giving me a super bad experience

   first after I install it, Option does not work for my MX Master 3s anymore, I was using it for so long and suddenly does not work

   then I try to log in to access my settings, well it says my account / password is wrong, I purposely recorded it and it cannot be wrong, I have two accounts, both not working

   fine, I hit forget password and try to reset it, a email is sent to me, telling me to manage my account with the link provided, the link asked me to log in..... I hit forget password again?

   anyways I open Options+ and it says 2 programs settings cannot be transfer, this is good, I thought, at least I can still use it, but all my settings are messed up, all keyboard shortcut settings turn into
   none...

   In a nut shell, after I installed Options+, Options stopped working on my MXMaster3, and now all my setting are all gone, or messed up

   I am very disappointed, and I used to say a lot of good things about logitech, this is not good at all, please support and fix ASAP

9. Onenote for Windows 10 Custom Settings

   Hello there some feedback for you. The custom settings for Onenote for Windows 10 does not work. I set the thumb wheel to horizontal scroll but it navigates between section tabs instead. So I set the thumb wheel to horizontal scroll in global settings and it worked but please fix custom settings for Onenote for Windows 10. Thanks.

11. Logi+ stops working when using multiple user accounts on Windows 10 computer

    I'm finding the Logi+ software to be a proper pain in the neck. On my Windows 10 computer I have two user accounts: work and home. Pretty much every time I switch between the two accounts, Logi+ stops working. I have to open the task manager, kill all the processes related to Logi+ by hand, then restart Logi+ from the start menu. Sometimes I have to do this three or four times a day. And then after I restart the app, I always lose my scrolling preferences for my MX anywhere 3 mouse and have to open the settings and set up smart shift again. This isn't up to the standards of a multi million dollar company, I don't know how this passed the software quality checks. I see there's loads of similar issues being reported by other users, please do something about it.

    システム設定でのアクセス許可は、アクセシビリティ、入力監視ともに許可済み。

13. can't get certain characters

    Hello,
    I have a problem to make certain characters on keyboard, for example "é" on Norwegian bokmål keyboard with qwerty layout. To make this character i need to hold Alt and press a key on the left from "backspace", then press "e". It works on On-Screen keyboard, but not on physical one. Same goes for few characters in French on Canadian layout. I was wondering if it is a keyboard drivers' issue.

15. MX Master - Old option missing, New Important options ideas

    Logi Options+ seems great but lacks one feature of the old Options that I used a lot! Customizing my MX Master or MX Master 3 to have one button "Lock my PC". In Option+ that option to Lock Windows is not there anymore and was very useful to quickly lock before getting away with a touch of a button (Gesture button). Please, bring it back as it was in the old app! This would be the first point - reintroducing the Lock option.

    Also, improving on Brightness Up and Brightness Down, these are neat functions but somewhat weird since you can set one and not the other - for example you set brightness down, you click, decrease it and for bringing it up againg you need to use the panel from Windows. On the Gesture button was nice to be able to set Brightness Up/Down by clicking and moving the mouse up/down. If simultaneously worked for left to lower volume and right to raise volume would be awesome. In a laptop these are very used commands and being able to click the Gesture button, drag the mouse up to raise the brightness and then right to raise the volume, you quickly enter in "movie mode" without looking for shortcuts and so on. I think could be both created in a "Brightness/Volume Gesture Control" option - like the Gesture option to that lets you snap windows in different ways according to how you move your mouse. This would be the second idea.

    And third, don't know if possible but I think it is - there's an option for shortcut keystrokes when touching one button - but it would be GREAT if touching that button would also act as a MACRO - to have a limit of 20 characters at least. This would be absolutely great since recording a macro and setting it on a button could be used in many scenarios - a small signature to paste automatically quickly at the and of a message/mail, to have a part of a "static password" that adds to another part stored somewhere else (for security purpose this would help A LOT!). As this would be very important and used in many situations when storing a string of characters would help, might help many! Of course, since the mouse can't memorize that string of characters, I think, it would be stored in the app - synced if an account is present.

    These three things I would love to see implemented and I'm sure would help many, not just me, as the ideas relate to security (Locking the PC), pasting that stored MACRO (plain characters that could be useful or still related to security), or plain usefulness as Brightness/Volume in one simple button-pressing gesture.

16. MX Master 3 switches scrolling to free spin mode from ratchet mode

    MX Master 3 randomly changes scrolling mode from ratchet to free spin even when I set it to ratchet mode. I had to re-enable ratchet scroll mode everytime that happens. I am using Macos 12.3 build 21E230 and Logitech options+ v0.91

17. K780 flow

    Hello, is there any plan to adapt Logi Options + for K780 keyboard? There is also the flow function that I am very concerned about. The K380 keyboard has been adapted for Flow, but not for the more expensive K780, which is disappointing. How soon will K780 adapt to flow function? Can you give me an answer? I really appreciate logitech's products and flow functions. Looking forward to your reply.
