Options+ is giving me a super bad experience

first after I install it, Option does not work for my MX Master 3s anymore, I was using it for so long and suddenly does not work

then I try to log in to access my settings, well it says my account / password is wrong, I purposely recorded it and it cannot be wrong, I have two accounts, both not working

fine, I hit forget password and try to reset it, a email is sent to me, telling me to manage my account with the link provided, the link asked me to log in..... I hit forget password again?

anyways I open Options+ and it says 2 programs settings cannot be transfer, this is good, I thought, at least I can still use it, but all my settings are messed up, all keyboard shortcut settings turn into
none...

In a nut shell, after I installed Options+, Options stopped working on my MXMaster3, and now all my setting are all gone, or messed up

I am very disappointed, and I used to say a lot of good things about logitech, this is not good at all, please support and fix ASAP
