Mechanical Mini back light timeout too short
MX Mechanical backlight times out too fast. Need to add option to make it stay on longer;' or even better would be an option to have it stay on longer with a fade which lowers it to lowest setting.

Logi Options+ app error
Logi Options+ app 에러 사항
마우스 엄지손가락 휠 옵션을 확대/축소로 설정 하였습니다.
파이널컷 프로그램 사용 중 확대/축소를 할 시 프로그램이 멈춤니다.
Logi Options+ app을 삭제 하면 위와 같은 현상이 발생 되지 않습니다.
이런 문제점은 해결되어야 할 것 같습니다.Logi Options+ app errors
I set the mouse thumb wheel option to zoom.
If you zoom in/out while using the Final Cut program, the program stops.
If you delete the Logi Options+ app, the above will not happen.

Neither MX Keys Mini nor MX 3s Mouse are detected for firmware update.
Can't update the firmware on my mx keys mini or my MX 3s mouse.
The bolt is not compatible, but it looks like Bluetooth is also not compatible.How am I supposed to update them?

Flow is never turned on, but keeps connecting flow.logitech.io even under lock screen
Options+ keeps connecting flow.logitech.io every 13 seconds, even when the Mac is locked screen. but I never turned on Flow. Please fix it

New version issue
Previous version was good. This new Logi options+ is not working smoothly with the assigned keys and keys not working unless and until I start the application in MAC OS

我觉得应该针对iPad设备推出相应的App，因为我每次在PC上设定好我M750鼠标的速度和功能按键，连上iPad后这些设定都不起作用。在iPad上，所有的设定都是默认设定。I think there should be a corresponding app for iPad devices, because every time I set the speed and function buttons of my M750 mouse on PC, these settings don't work after connecting to iPad. This device work with a default setting on iPad which is bad to me.

scroll setting constantly forgotten 9MX master 3 smartshift
My mx master 3 constantly forgets that the scroll setting should be set to "Smart Shift" and switches to smooth scrolling at least once per day. It never fixes it's self automatically, so each time I have too open Logi options+ and re-enable to feature. It drives me crazy! We have like 5-10 of these in use at our company and it's a constant issue for other folks too.

Low volume control sensitivity
Please increase the sensitivity of volume control when holding a button and moving the mouse up or down. With the previous app I was able to easily go from 0 to 100% volume with one swipe and now it is inposible.

I THOUGHT I had a 'Premium' keyboard!
Getting really annoyed that my expensive, alleged premium keyboard is still being ignored.
I paid a fortune for my Craft, but you don't seem to think much of it if you can't work it into the new software.

Please have a talk with Apple!! I cannot use bluetooth for my Logitech devices anymore...
When using MX Master 3s mouse and keyboard bundle, this would make apple airpods pro (which is connected to macbook pro) not work properly. It makes the voice on microphone distorted. Looks like there is a problem with frequency of these devices

Lags and interruptions with logi MX Keys and Master 3
Hello staff, I'm sorry but I have lags on ASUS VivoBook S15 (16 GB RAM) and on MacBook Pro (15" 2017 with 16 GB RAM) and even the Flow feature often stops to work. I hoped since long time for updates driver/firmware, but the issues are still present. I have a very good laptops with logi MX Keys and MX Master 3. How is it possible to have these issues? Do you have a solution for me? Thank you

MX Vertical Feature Feedback
This is a great application and I love the direction it is going. I would say, since the MX Vertical Mouse is not yet a supported device for this application, what I am hoping for is when this device is added I would like to see the feature to switch between devices the MX Vertical is paired with be removed from the bottom of the mouse and moved to the top where all the other controls are. This will allow myself as well as other users avoid having to pick the mouse up in order to transition between devices. the…

"FIX DEVICE" Error which forces me to restart my Mac all the time
Please, just FINALLY fix the extremely annoying bug which forces me to restart my Mac all the time. Both, the mouse and keyboard simply start showing "FIX DEVICE" error message and I need to restart the computed in order to make it work with the settings I selected (mouse sensitivity etc.)
This is extremely annoying and it's been in this way since I purchased the mouse and keyboard. Please, finally fix it.

Horrible Software for Application Specific Buttons
Your software is horrible! It never works with the applications like it's supposed to. I use common applications like Excel, Word, Edge, Chrome, and Adobe Reader. It doesn't work with any of them anymore. It's super upsetting and making it no reason to buy Logitech products anymore for both business and personal. If you can get this application specific thing figured out for customized buttons for the MX Master 3 mouse, that would be awesome! NEW STUFF Come and take a look in the store.
I know I would appreciate not getting bombarded with products every time I log into the app. I do know how to go and look at new devices and perhaps you can have a highlighted link to, "NEW STUFF! Come get some retail therapy today!"
