Your software is horrible! It never works with the applications like it's supposed to. I use common applications like Excel, Word, Edge, Chrome, and Adobe Reader. It doesn't work with any of them anymore. It's super upsetting and making it no reason to buy Logitech products anymore for both business and personal. If you can get this application specific thing figured out for customized buttons for the MX Master 3 mouse, that would be awesome! It doesn't work half the time and it's causing inefficiencies in my work process. I am moving to a the RAZER Naga with the nine buttons on the side so I can use a mouse that actually works based on the application I have open. I used to hate RAZER's software because it was garbage, but logitech has now surpassed them for worst gaming and business software with the most bugs.
