MX Mini fIrmware update stuck
The MX Keys Mini software update from January 12th 2025 does not end even after minutes... the software keeps informing to not turn off the computer or the keyboard or change distance, but it does not end the update...

Tastatur-Lichtsensor einstellen & aus-/einschalten
Falls möglich, ein Menü bereitstellen, um die Empfindlichkeit des Lichtsensors einstellen zu können und auch die Möglichkeit haben, den Lichtsensor zu deaktivieren (- per Menü und selbstgewählter Tastenkombination -), damit das Licht entweder ständig an oder aus ist.

Cela pourrait être intéressant d'avoir accès à ses configurations de son PC de travail principal quand on switch sur un autre PC secondaire. Je ne sais pas si c'est possible mais cela serait top !

I bought keyboard MX KEYS MINI, I am super happy with everything, however some of the extremly important mac buttons I just cant to make it work. Particularly mission control. Is it my wrong doing, or is it possible to set it up?

Prompt to select where to install
I should be able to choose which drive I want to install the software! It automatically installs in the windows drive, that's stupid. I have a 500mb SSD and a 1TB HD, and i'd like to install as many things I can in the HD to save SSD storage space.

Switching desktops using side buttons doesn't work
When I assign the "Desktop Left/Right" actions to the side buttons, they won't work at all. It seems they are falsely mapped to the Left/Right Arrow keys.

Unzufrieden mit zu viel und resourcen vernichtender Software Logi Options und Logibolt
Guten Tag,
es wird viel zu viel unnötige und ungefragte Software installiert. Ich will keine Smart Actions und keine AI Builder iergendwas. Hab das nie aktiv installiert und es verbraucht sinnfrei Resourcen, auch hat Logi Bolt 1.5 GB Ram gefressen und 100 Threads gestartet ohne irgendeinen nutzen. Ich will eine Maus mit performaten Treibern, die einfach nur eine Maus ist. Alles andere sollte deinstallierbar oder noch besser gar nie ungefragt installiert werden.
Ich wäre sehr froh, wenn das verbessert wird, da ich nicht für all das über 80 Franken für eine Maus bezahlt habe.

Sub-par products and useless support
What has happened to Logitech?! You used to make great quality products (still remember my first iPod dock) and now all you do is to spew up as much as you can and not even bother to run UAT on it before shipping out. And don't get me started on Options+. Oh my god, if I had to pay for this, I would have requested a full refund a long time ago. Nothing but problems with the MX range of keyboards and it hasn't helped that consumers have had to rely on Options+ to get any kind of use out…

Terrible software mouse cursor skipping
All my logitech mice cursor skip extensively when the logi options app is open. This is horrendous and it has been happening for 3+ years. How you are still in business is beyond me. If my company was not providing the mice, I would not be using logitech.

Logi Options+ doesn't work when Macbook wakes
I am currently using MacOS Sequioa and the Logi Options+ app fails to work every time my macbook goes to sleep.
Each time, I have to manually open the app for the Macbook to remember and apply the settings to my MX3 Mouse and Keyboard

Lag on connection
for a brief moment (about 20 seconds ago) both mouse and keyboard showed disconnected in this app however a second after loading they were seen so idk if it was just lag or what but yes, still a slight issue... I guess I have to give credit to you though because I haven't had much of an issue recently. I had lots of issues last year and probably the year before but so far things are better.... thank you.

storing dongle when not in use
It would also be a good thing to be able to store the USB dongle somewhere. I'm making a bluetooth connection to most of my computers and the computer I planned on putting the dongle failed. I have no place to store the dongle so it doesn't get lost when I get the 3rd computer running again...
