app doesnt recognize app sometimes needs a force close from tm and open again
hi i sometimes need to force close all 3 logi options + from task maanger and open it again for the program to recognize my mouse, it randomly happens mouse doesnt disconnect , the shortcuts i use dont work until i do like side scroll for volume just turns into the normal side scroll not for volume, a restart services/app function would be nice

Devices disappeared
The new version has a bug that does not allow me to see any of my devices. I tried to reconnect them but still not appearing. The functions of my mouse were reset and now i cannot use custom actions.

Bug
Since install of new version of Options+ 1.94.762104 is causing random freezing of the whole machine (Win 11 24H2, 26100.5074). It is not clear to me if it is the software or the unifying adapter, but machine becomes completely unresponsive when too many inputs, have to completely reboot

Mouse Jiggler
Ich hätte gerne einen Mouse Jiggler in mein Logi Produkt integriert. Da ich viel über Virtuelle Desktops arbeite habe ich das Problem, dass nach 1-2 Minuten ohne Mausbewegung der Bildschirm an meinem Virtuellen Desktop dunkel wird. Damit geht allerdings auch die Verbindung verloren, so dass ich mich neu Verbinden muss. Da ich viele Texte lesen muss oder in Meetings meinen Rechner nicht aktiv benutze kann das sehr störend sein.
Ich fände es deshalb sehr praktisch, wenn ich einen Mouse Jiggler hätte mit einem Timer, damit ich die Zeit bis zum Aussetzen der Verbindung selbst bestimmen kann.

im Lieferumfang vom MX Vertikal ist kein Akkulade-Stecker 2,5 -2.5 Watt enthalten wie in der Bedienungsanleitung vorgeschrieben ist. Im Fachhandel bin ich auch nicht fündig geworden. Können Sie mir weiterhelfen ?? mfg. O. Lüscher

MX Master键盘和鼠标失灵和卡顿
你好，我买了logi键盘和鼠标套装。使用后发现，键盘MX keys 商务款， 有时候会出现按键失灵，比如按一个字母键，完全没有输出，或者连续的字母输出，有时候会有卡顿的情况。 鼠标mx master 3S款会有卡顿或者失灵的问题，鼠标改用usb线连接，改善了一些。但是logi配的usb-typeC线太短了。实体线使用起来不方便。 备注：设备无线连接正常，电量也充足。 请问有什么更好的解决办法？谢谢

機能改善とバグ
設定のバックアップを削除できるようにしてほしい。PCの名前を変えるたび複数のバックアップができてしまい乱立していて探すのが面倒。あとLogi Optionsを更新するとデフォルトの設定に戻ってしまうのもどうにかして。そのたびにバックアップから復元しなくてはならない。

Action ring setup based on triggering hardware
I really love the new action ring feature, getting rid of the difficult choice of what to map to each button. But to go further I would like to trigger a diffent ring setup based on the button/hardware used rather than from the active software. as a sample: I would like a different ring setup triggered from my keyboard than the one triggered from my mouse. and maybe to me able to trigger different rings depending the button used on the mouse.

Wrong/insufficient configuration possibility for wheel tilt
I have M720 Triathlon mouse. I want to setup the wheel left tilt for moving to the left virtual desktop and vice versa. Actual version allows only exactly opposite configuration (right tilt can be configured for left virtual desktop).

Easy Switch Functionality for Mouse + Keyboard
Hello,
First of all, I really appreciate the new Easy Switch functionality in the Actions Ring, it’s a great feature!
That said, I think it could be even more useful if it extended to Logitech keyboards as well.
My setup:
I use two machines (Machine A and Machine B).
Both my MX Master 3 mouse and MX Keys keyboard are paired to these machines:
Machine A: #1 on mouse + #1 on keyboard
Machine B: #2 on mouse + #2 on keyboardCurrent behavior:
Using the Easy Switch functionality in the Actions Ring, I can seamlessly switch my mouse between Machine A and Machine B.
However, my keyboard does not switch along with it, I have to manually press the #1 or #2 switch key on the MX Keys every time.
Suggestion:
It would be really convenient if the Easy Switch functionality could switch both the mouse and the keyboard together.
Alternatively, an option to bind one of the keyboard’s three connections to follow the mouse’s Easy Switch toggle would also solve the problem.
Even better, if there were an option to bind mouse and keyboard combinations together (e.g., Easy Switch #1 and #2 paired across both devices), that would make the workflow much smoother.
Thanks for considering this enhancement! I believe it would greatly improve multi device workflows.
