Pekaren fastnar flytande tills jag trycker igen :-(
Hej
När jag pekar på ett ord och ska markera det och släpper knappen, så släpper inte pekaren utan hänger kvar tills jag trycker på knappen igen. Detta är inte kul. Så ska det inte vara.
Det är inte alltid det händer men när jag markerar något, kan vara något viktigt i en bild och så fastnar pekaren och jag måste trycka igen och missar det som jag skulle ha.

Screen capture not working
I have a MX Master 3 mouse. I am not able to take screenshots anymore with the gesture button. I tried both the option capture screenshot and the keyboard shortcut shift+win+S

Scrolling doesn't work in MS Excel
Since I installed the new version of Logi Options, I have had problems with scrolling vertically and horizontally in MS Excel.
Some times it is working, but very often it all of a sudden does not move the sheet, when scrolling it only ofsets the input position when i click in the sheet.
In my attachment i clicked in cell L36 and it marked cell K56. (it removes my cursor when taking a screenshot..)
To get it back to normal operation i have to move the sheet up and down, from side to side a couple of times by dragging the bar on the right side and bottom, and then it works for a bit again..Since I installed the new version of Logi Options, I have had problems with scrolling vertically and horizontally in MS Excel.

Installation on new Mac Mini vs old Mac
Experience differences installation of Options+ software between Mac Mini M1 (Big Sur 11.5.2) vs old Mac 2009 (Catalina 10.15.7): flawless on Big Sur on Mac Mini; couldn't get it past Input Monitoring screen until restarting computer, not just the application (even with click, unclick in Input Monitoring). Permissions successfully granted thereafter.

horizontal scroll in Camtasia video editing software
Mx master 3 horizontal scroll wheel doesn't recognize/ identify the horizontal scroll inside the Camtasia video editing software. but the other zoom in-out functions are working. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Added customisation: Single line scroll

Connected but Inactive
my mouse is connected but showing that it's inactive. Basic mouse features work but the scroll wheel is backwards and the custom buttons don't work

Flow not working after laptop goes to idle and resumed
With MX master 3 able to flow between Mac laptop(Big Sur) and Windows 10 laptop. Over the night both systems went to idle state and the MX master 3 also switched off. Next day morning both laptops were logged in and the Mx master 3 turned on. Flow is not working and Windows laptop shows as Disconnected.

Feature Request
Just a feature request. I was trying to set the gesture for the mouse middle button. I felt that having an option to add a shortcut to wheel rotation forward or backward would be much more helpful than moving the mouse.
For my use case i was hoping to switch applications while clicking the middle mouse wheel.1 vote -

I cannot install the software on my work notebook due to security rules. So I would like it to be possible to change the device using some top button.
One possibility would be to update the MX3 firmware so that by default the gesture button is to the right for the next device and to the left for the previous device.
This way, those who cannot install the software have this functionality and those who can install it can customize this key.Brasil
Não consigo instalar o software no meu notebook de trabalho devido às regras de segurança. Desta forma, eu gostaria que fosse possível mudar o dispositivo usando algum botão superior.
Uma possibilidade seria atualizar o firmware do MX3 para que, por padrão, o botão de gesto fique à direita para o próximo dispositivo e à esquerda para o dispositivo anterior.
Dessa forma, quem não pode instalar o software tem essa funcionalidade por padrão e quem pode instalá-lo pode personalizar estas teclas / funcionalidades.US
