New master 3s mouse. Craft keyboard not compatible with the new receiver?!!! Can I get a refund for my Craft since it doesn't work with the new receiver? I really don't want two separate dongles eating up my usb ports.

MacOS Bluetooth Battery % error
on MacOS 13.3.1 - with latest software 1.38.395556
If you click in the screen menu bar to see all bluetooth devices the MX Keys Mac and MX Master 3 devices ALWAYS shows 100% battery - even when the battery dies. see attached screenshot - can this please be fixed.Can this be fixed as currently I only know when the device dies that it needs power - which means I have to stop working and find the cables

Handoff hardware on shutdown
When Options detects that a machine running Flow is shutting down, it should automatically hand the hardware over to the other machine.

DPI Sensitivity Slider needs to be fixed for MX Vertical
With Logi Options+, the default DPI/sensitivity for the MX Vertical is 50% but this is wrong.
The nominal/default DPI values for the MX Vertical as stated on the product page is 1000 DPI on setting one and 1600 DPI on setting two with a max value of 4000 DPI. The increments go by 50 as stated on the MX Vertical product page as well.
With the original Logitech Options, the DPI slider was designed accordingly.
With the new Options+, the sensitivity defaults at 50% which would me the DPI should be 2000 DPI since 100% would be 4000 DPI. However, at 50% on Options+, the MX Vertical moves the exact same as 1000 DPI on the original Logi Options.
I believe the sensitivity/DPI percentage slider needs to be fixed to be more accurate and aligned with the values and increments stated on the MX Vertical page.
Because the percentage scale for DPI on Options+ does not match up with the descriptors on the MX Vertical product page.

CRAFT support and syncing settings between devices
please add support for CRAFT keyboard. it's not cool that top-products don't get the good app.
also, the app does not sync personal settings on different devices (eg. mouse MX3S button assignments and scroll settings are not synced on different devices, and must be manually assigned)0 votes -

I believe the custom keys set on the mouse are not working on boot since the logi options plus app is not running in the background.

Options SW bugs
Logitech option+ does not work. Only stuck on download... when forced to go from Option to options+ due to mouse M720. MX keys and M720 works allright but no way to configure or investigate setups etc. Dubious software..

Clickable trackball on Ergo Mouse
Investigate the idea of clickable trackball, using touch. Rn if I try to tap it the pointer moves, usually. Maybe that (unwanted) behavior can be fixed w/ software? Then it's a really neat feature to be able to click w/ your thumb instead of your index finger. Could be an extra assignable button.

SupportIt was possible with Setpoint + UberOptions to assign a specific Left or Right (CTRL, ALT, SHIFT) button mouse buttons, which can make navigation and doing other tasks much better, the latest Windows 11 update and SetPoint aren't compatible so I am in a situation where I want to find a way to do what UberOptions allowed to do by providing a lot of options that aren't available on SetPoint by default... It has to be Right or Left so each can do something different and since my laptop doesn't has the Right-CTRL but I have a Translation extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mouse-tooltip-translator/hmigninkgibhdckiaphhmbgcghochdjc) that support assigning a specific button to trigger the translation bubble or TTS then I want to assign Right-CTRL to a mouse button and Left-CTRL to the TTS (which I use less often).

Horiz. Scroll fails to resume working

MX Master 3 & K780 Conflicts With Options App
Hello! I have a K780 as well as a MX Master 3 and have been suffering from the issues where the two Logitech Apps are competing for control. Frankly, my MX Master 3's configurations never work. I want to uninstall Logi Options and just stick with Options+ but I can't because the K780 is not supported on that app as yet. Do you have a roadmap anywhere for support of that product in the Options+ app? I don't want to have to buy another keyboard to just have my mouse work. Thanks!

Please fix "Lock" on Options+
Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S(Options +)
this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.
