Riavvio anomalo dopo stand by MavBook Pro 13" 2020
Logi Option+ dopo uno stand by (MacBook 2020 13" T2) non si riattiva correttamente con conseguente malfunzionamento dello scroll e delle funzionalità assegnate ai pulsanti. Inoltre dal pannello di controllo di Logi Option+ il mouse risulta inattivo (cosa non vera: funziona, con le anomalie di cui sopra, ma funziona)

pointer speed
What happened to the ability to change the pointer speed?
I used to be able to assign a mouse button to change the pointer speed but that option is not there anymore.

Options+ does not prompt to remove older Options software
I previously has Logitech Options installed. After I installed the Logi Options+ software, I was surprised to see that the Logitech Options software was still installed and available via Windows' Programs and Features dialog.
I would have expected, at least in the full release version, for the new software to identify this situation and manage that in some way (such as by prompting to uninstall). If there are legitimate reasons to have both programs installed, you should think about how best to communicate this to end users.

Can't Connect to MX 3 mouse on Mac OS
setup is not connecting to MX Master 3 mouse on Mac OS. Constantly cycling through Bluetooth and USB, but not making the connection and moving to the next screen

Open source your firmware for the keyboard so we can program it to work the way we want it to.

Add delete to drop downlist of choices for key assignment
Add the ability to control the fn-del key, or just add it so it works like the other mac keyboards. Other option is to add delete to the list of options for assignment so a function key could be mapped to perform it. Currently only backspace exists, while delete is probably one of the most used keys worldwide after shift, enter and backspace.

Criticism on Software Feedback handling – don't Web-publish Feedback without consent!
I just posted feedback and assumed it went to an internal feedback address.
After pressing the "Send" button I was informed by a popup that my contribution was just published to a feedback forum.
Please respect GDPR. You can't simply publish private feedback to a public forum without informing users previously.

Horizontal Scoll Performance, Software Installation problems

Holger from Berlin here.My first impression of the Options+ software is excellent. I appreciate the quite fine-grained program-specific settings. And the Software UI remains very good-looking, which rarely is the case.
I have a suggestion on the behaviour of the secondary scroll wheel. When horizontally scrolling table documents (in my case Browser based apps) the scrolling doesn't feel as smooth as with the main scroll wheel (Smooth scrolling on).
I assume this fact has to with physics and torque. As the smaller wheel has a smaller diameter – acceleration here appears more abrupt, and so do stops. I think it would feel a lot more elegant, if you modified the signal curves a bit, so that transitions are smother – a dash of inertia, so to say.
Another comment has to do with software installation (already of the old Options-Software). I guess it will work out just fine in the vast majority of cases. But you guys really should consider the cases which fail.
I am a highly trained Windows user with decades of experience and was at the very edge of sending this **** thing back and to revert to a trusted wired Mouse. The reason was that I followed all instructions but still could not make mouse and receiver couple in the way required to install the Options-Software.
It took me hours to sift though (numerous) forum threads where users with the same problem shared their experiences.
In the end I performed a manual clean-up of drivers. Although I had properly uninstalled the Razer software I had used earlier, my machine still wanted to treat your Mouse as a Razer model. Finding this out was far from straightforward.
It in my perspective is foolish and arrogant to assume that the supplied software for the wireless device will work under all circumstances. You will – rightfully – lose a number of users who simply don't get the device to run within a reasonable time span.
It by all means is necessary to provide a slim way to get in touch with tech support while still installing the Mouse. This should work without an account, without having Options installed, without getting on your customers nerves in any way.
You guys at this point already have messed up and should use the chance to comfort the person who has spent decent money for a premium mouse.

Options+ device support
Will M720 mouse be eventually supported? I have MX Keys and M720 and it is annoying to use 2 separate apps, besides the mouse is not even old so I really hope it gets support in this new software... They also both support flow, which I'm not even sure how it works if I have to enable it in both of your apps for each device separately.

Tasti e caricamento automatico con lancio app
Non è ancora possibile utilizzare tasto 4-5-6 per i giochi (certo si possono assegnare lettere) e lo switch automatico di configurazione con le configurazioni quando si lanciano app e giochi a volte non funziona. Sopratutto ancora non nativo Apple SIlicon

battery lindicator
i am very with the product .but the battery indicate is not very accurate . i use the mouse for a few day then it just suddently show 5% need to recharge . every time i open the app it alsway show full battery.
hope i can see a little bit different . in the future. i am happy with the battery life too.1 vote -
Custom horizontal scroll speed for each program
It would be great if you added the ability to change the scrolling speed for the horizontal scroll wheel of the mx master 3 for a specific program, for example my scrolling speed in excel is pretty high, meanwhile on firefox it's very low.
