Logi Option+ feedback
Below are the differences after using Logi Options+ so far:
1. Wheel scroll not sensitive and laggy
2. Thumb button gesture, need to drag more to be detected.

The INACTIVE state is shown for active devices
It shows "INACTIVE" status both of MX Mouse and Keyboard though it's connected. Sometimes it falls in this state and once it does, I have no way to fix it.

Can't assign modifier keys to FN row.
I'm able to assign modifier keyboard shortcuts, but using the key, doesn't work as expected. I've provided an example of what I mean. (CMD+Shift+Option+Control) for a HyperKey.

Devices not seen
With Options+ my Mac doesn't detect any of the available devices. They are all connected and working, I have enabled Bluetooth, Accessibility, and Input Monitoring, and still nothing. Tried restarting. Tried reconnecting with the USB receiver instead of Bluetooth. Options+ is useless right now. Please fix it quickly.

MX master 3 has scroll vertical problem on MS Excel 2016 & 365
Critical Problem for MS Excel
Hello,
First of all, thank you for giving me a chance to try options+ software.
I'm using MX master 3 on windows 10 at my company & my home.
On MS Excel (2016 & 365), after using horizontal scrolling, if I scroll vertically, there is a bug.
The bug is that the display is freezing, but scrolled. To move display, I must click scrollbar to release my display.
This is very critical issue.

Adobe support?!
Why are you come up with new version (with no option to stay with older one) if its still far away from complete? There are absolutely none native bttns or scroll options for Adobe products. (for example Horizontal scroll = Brush opacity etc.) These products are mainly for graphic designers, what are you smoking over there to release ******** like this? :/ I want to go back to previous version. This is joke.

Cant connect my devices with app

Please add gesture button + vertical scrolling wheel for zooming in and out again
Hi, there seems to be no option anymore to use the gesture button + vertical scrolling wheel for zooming in and out. This is so important for me that I'm probably going to switch back to the old Options app.

Switching connection issue between Bluetooth and unify USB receiver
Connection issue:
- I'm finding hard time switching between Bluetooth connection and a USB receiver
- How to reproduce the scenario:
- Connect the mouse via Bluetooth
- Connect the unify receiver to a USB port
- Go to Bluetooth settings and disconnect the mouse
- Here the mouse will totally disconnected from my device, even the unify receiver is still connected
- Trying unplug and plug the USB receiver, nothing will change
- What expected to resolve the issue:
- First suggestion: Give the USB receiver a priority, whenever the mouse detect the USB receiver it will connect to it with removing the device from the Bluetooth menu (This way you will give the mouse a simultaneous connection, by switching simultaneously between Bluetooth and USB receiver)
Second suggestion: Add in the Options+ app a button to connect the mouse to a USB receiver when it's connected to Bluetooth and an option to switch it to a Bluetooth connection while the mouse connected to a USB receiver
- As for now to switch from Bluetooth to USB receiver, I downloaded the Logitech unifying software, I go to windows settings and remove the mouse (forget device) then I go to the unifying software and remove the paired mouse with the receiver, (both are the same mouse)
Then I turn the mouse off and remove the receiver and restart my device
After I login to windows I connect the receiver
Then I open the Unifying software and follow the instructions in the software to connect the mouseWhy I need to do that: Because I work in a crowded place with way to many wireless devices, so sometimes Bluetooth connection become laggy and unstable, and connecting the mouse via USB receiver is more stable
