Great Job on Initial Setup/Training Wizard
Way WAY better than the old Logitech Options! Love the "wizard" for performing the initial setup/training of the MX Master 3 for Mac mouse.

Flow not connecting
I cannot setup Flow between my PC Laptop and Mac. I had it setup and then after I installed your last update to Options+ on both machines I lost the Flow connection. I have tried restarting the machines, made sure they are on the same network, re-paired my mouse and keyboard, but nothing seems to work. Very frustrating. You need to make the process easier.

Flow keyboard not following mouse 2
I thought that switching to the Options + beta software solved the issues with the keyboard follow functionality but it sadly has not. It works on occasion, but not consistently. The mouse seams to work consistently every time, but the keyboard does not follow roughly 25%-33% of the time. I am trying to figure out the root cause, but thought ya'll might be aware of a fix. If so, I would greatly appreciate any insights.

Options+ is useless
MX master 3
You can't add shortcuts properly in the app.
Right/Left desktop doesn't work.I want to go back to the regular options app where things worked but now it says MX Master 3 isn't supported ... Thanks for making my 150USD mouse useless....

Не работает Flow для MX Master 3
Не корректно работает The Flow, точнее почти не работает, клавиатура MX Keys переключается на другой компьютер, MX Master 3 - нет:(

Options+ needs work, should be not be in prod
Even as I type this message using my MX Keys, Options+ thinks it's inactive. ****, the first version I downloaded didn't even know I had an MX Keys... This app is really rough and I wish the old version still worked. (i.e., y'all have some work to do because you're failing at updating it like this).

Fix backlight not coming on after sitting idle for a short while
Love my MX Keys, however, after being left for a short while (say about 1 hr) the backlight does not come on unless I press F7 / increase brightness. Please advise. Thanks

Access Denied for Windows Apps
Can you please allow Logi Options+ or Logitech Options to access windows apps so they can have custom settings. Even after changing permission of the WindowsApp folder Logitech Options is still not able to access windwos apps

bij het opstarten van mn laptop opent logi+ niet, die moet ik vervolgens zelf opstarten. Heb al bij opstarten in taakbeheer gekeken maar daar staat ie gewoon aan. Verder werkt het echt tot, fijne interface en makkelijk instelbaar.

Flow not working with paired MX Anywhere 2S and MX Keys (Mac)
I'm attempting to use Flow for two Windows 10 computers with an MX Anywhere 2S mouse and MX Keys. The mouse has no difficulty switching between computers, however the keyboard often doesn't follow the mouse as expected. If I turn it off and on, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The regular device switching buttons however do work and I'm otherwise pleased with the keyboard. Is there an incompatibility perhaps between the somewhat older mouse and newer keyboard? Is it a firmware issue? I've checked my firewall settings on both computers and that doesn't seem to be the problem unless I've missed something.
