MX Master 3 및 Logi option+ 사용중입니다.
일부 앱에서 버튼 설정이 잘 동작하지 않습니다.
1. Acrobat reader DC / MS PowerPoint
- 증상 : 왼쪽 버튼(기본 앞, 뒤로 설정)을 페이지 넘김을 위해 다음, 이전 으로 설정하였으나 아무런 반응 없음2 votes -
软件失效
1、鼠标正常连接 mac且成功被软件识别，但是软件中自定义功能完全失效，点击任何设置都没有效果。
2、没有恢复默认设置这一选项。
3、鼠标连接电脑后软件显示固件版本号未知。2 votes -
Bug where keyboard does not flow with mouse
I have 2 machines set up for flow. Very often, when I bring the mouse to the second machine, the keyboard remains on the first machine. At this point, I can't go back to the first machine (I must hold the control key to move between machines) and have to manually switch to the second machine on the keyboard. Even after doing that, it sometimes will not transfer back. Annoying.

Options + hat keine Verbindung zur Maus
Maus wird inaktiv angezeigt obwohl sie angeschlossen ist. Die eingestellen Funktionen gehen nicht mehr, die Maus funktioniert nur im Mac OS Standard.

Disconnected after sleep mode
BUG - Flow was set up between iMac with the apple silicon and Windows Surface. Flow was working fine with the mouse, keyboard was having issues following the mouse, but after both computers went into sleep mode and the imac was restarted, both computers show an active state but the connected computer as disconnected. I think a "resync" button would help to re-run the protocols to re-connect the two screens.

Scroll left / right of MX Anywhere3 is missing
Dear Sir / Madam:
Thank you for developing the updated LOGI OPTION Software.
I would like to comment that the "scroll left / right" function of MX Anywhere3 is missing. Before using this latest version of LOGI software, i was able to scroll left / right by holding down the forward / back (on the left side of the mouse) button and scroll the wheel.You may kindly check on this error.

Automatic easy-switch recognized by mouse flow
I would love for the keyboard to automatically follow the mouse in the flow settings, so that my easy-switch recognizes that the mouse moves from one screen to the next and switches the keyboard with it.

"Downloading" never ends
I just now tried to open Logi Options+ to change my mouse's settings, and the first screen had a Downloading button with no other options available (aside from the Settings button). I kept checking every 5 minutes or so, but the app continued to show "Downloading" and a spinning icon—but never seems to get any closer to finishing. That means I can't change my settings. I've now turned off "Automatically install updates" to prevent myself from being shut out of the app in future.

Mac forgets MX Master 3 on startup
Hi there, Each time I restart my Big Sur iMac, it forgets which mouse I have. Any ideas? Thanks, Andrew

I am using two pc's. Often my mouse cursor gets stuck on 1 pc. I manually have to switch pc's. Usually works fine after that but is a pain.

Shortcut keys should be usable in combination with other keys
Ich habe bei der MX Keys mit Logi Options+ die 4. Tastenkürzel-Taste von oben rechts (Standard: Rechner App öffnen) so geändert, dass damit die PAUSE-Taste ausgelöst wird.
Ich brauche diese Taste öfter und möchte nicht immer FN + B drücken müssen.
Leider ist es aber so, dass ich diese Tastenkürzel-Taste bir Logi Options+ nicht als Tastenkombination mit anderen Tasten (z. B. Windows-Taste) zusammen benutzen kann.
Das sollte aber kein Problem sein, ist es doch beim normalen Logi Options problemlos möglich.Vielen Dank, wenn das möglich wird.

Congratulations & add previous versions of hardware
First of all congratulations for the high level of service, you provide to all of us via your products. Everything in this Option+ version is great, though I would like to point out that you should add software connected to previous versions like MX Master 2S in order to have everything connected in one application. Apart from that I would like also to ask if there is any way I can make this app "run" in background with having the app open. Thank you once again for everything and your time.

Program keys
There programable keys on the keyboard is not highlighted clear in the Option+ app. Probably good to to highlight it in so contrasting colours

SW update -> custom key configuration lost
Cusomt Key Actions on MX Keys are lost with every software update.
Now 3rd time I have to reconfigure each of the F keys to what they should be for my productivity1 vote
