LogiOptions+ spinner loading forever
The LogiOoptions+ app on mac has a process daemon that keeps on running in background but it neither listens nor does it works on customsing and monitoring the input. The GUI app doesn't even opens, it just shows a spinner, restarting doesn't works either. There is something wrong with it. You can't kill it with command line. it just respawns and the **** show continues.

The MX Master 3S is one of your most famous and expensive mice!
WHY ON FREAKING EARTH HEAVEN AND **** is it not supported in the firmware update tool!!!???
People are stuck with super old versions of the firmware while new batches come with the newest firmware.
Everybody knows. Internet is FULL of such complaints.
You are by far THE one single Company that gives the less **** about customers!

Smart Actions not working for screen snip
Smart actions set to screen snip when pressing forward button on mouse. This often doesnt work and sometimes requires mouse to be turned off and on again but even that fails. Sometimes opening the web Logitech app seems to reset this but even that often fails. It is buggy enough to make it not worth using so considering downloading another hotkey app like Lightshot.

Windows app compatible (like Affinity 2.x)
Please support Windows native apps too. I have Affinity 2.x programs, but I can't see in the program list, and always change path of this app after upgrade. Thanks!

unifying 検知せず
ドングルとの接続が突然切れ、再インストールなどして1 日様子を見ても復旧せず。
(新品ドングルでも同様なので、ソフト側の問題かと)
同様の不具合は、前進ソフト時代からある、ユーザー間でもかなりメジャーなものなので今更報告するのもどうかと思いましたが、
他社製品のレベルが上がっている中で放置し続けるのは、さすがにどうなのかと…。1 vote -
APP无法配置完成
本人是使用的是罗技Master 2S，自从软件使用Logi Options+之后，频繁提示“正在配置”，且无法配置完成（关闭键盘、切换蓝牙或2.4G链接），必须重启macOS才能正常使用，在此期间鼠标的快捷键无法正常使用，非常印象工作效率！

Для бокового колеса также можно добавить функцию нажатия, как и на основном колесе. Это плюс еще одна команда.
Более того, можно добавить его продольное перемещение с автоматическим позиционированием в центральном положении. Для большого пальца это будет простая задача и он сможет выполнять данные движения вперед/назад.

Назначение команды на комбинацию клавиш
Добавьте возможность настройки действий на комбинации клавиш.
Например нажатие кнопок большим пальцем при зажатой левой клавиши мыши.
Так как контекстное меню всплывает непосредственно при отпускании левой клавиши мыши, то сценарий более чем рабочий.
Естественно нужно сделать так, чтобы пользователь мог назначить эти сценарии как на левую, так и на правую клавишу мыши, и на колесо прокрутки.Если пойти еще дальше, то можно реализовать два разных сценария на одну и ту же пару кнопок. В зависимости от того какая клавиша была нажата первой. То есть, например, ЛКМ + Key X = команда 1, например Копировать. А если последовательность наоборот Key X…

Перенос нижней кнопки большого пальца.
На данную кнопку не удобно нажимать. Она приходится в аккурат на сустав большого пальца, который в свободном положении не касается корпуса.
Хотелось бы передвинуть эту кнопку чуть дальше и вправо, под подушечку большого пальца в расслабленном состоянии.1 vote -

Hi Logi, I just got a MX Master 3 as a gift and already amazed with haptic experience and reach options. Only one question I have right now: my "next" arrow on laptop is broken so I wanted to set one of the buttons as an alternative. I've tried and found that it's impossible: you should press a button on a keyboard to set an action. But the button is broken. Lag over bluetooth using MX Master 2S
MX Master 2S mouse extreme lag while using mouse (assuming it uses a bluetooth connection with the unified receiver). I have moved the dongle to different high speed USB ports on the computer and it does not resolve the issue. I have tried putting the dongle into a high speed usb port on the docking station everything is connected to and that does not resolve the issue either. I am running the latest version of windows 11 22H2 with october 2023 patches installed and logi options+ software is up to date (1.54.466136)

Inconsistent move speed config
The DPI config is extremely annoying when it's not applied properly. For example, there would be a time when I start my day, the mouse is just waaaay too fast, so I have to lower the move speed in the app. But then when I come back the other day, it's too slow, now I need to change it back again.
Please fix this.Seems like it's the move speed not being configured properly.

Logi Options Plus Poor Performance
I used to have the old MX Revolution mouse and loved it - it worked smoothly and efficiently for years. When it died, I've got the MX Master model which is a HUGE leap back. Thumb buttons are tiny and hard to use, the side thumb push platform is unreliable and the Options plus software is a disaster. It stops working with every PC hibernation and need to be manually killed in the Task Manager and then relaunched. Don't think I will ever buy another Logitech mouse.
