# 1 major and 2 minor Problems
1 major and 2 minor Problems.
Hi, first of all i'm very happy to get a nice update. This app is beautiful and more intuitive.
But please consider updating the major problem I'll mention sooner.My environment is like this.
- 13" m1 macbook pro, monterey 12.0.1
- mx anywhere 3 for mac
Major Problem 1. An 'Advanced Click' is Firing Twice.
I assigned keys like this.
- cmd & single click
- to the side key (one that's closer to me)
And this action always fires twice (almost instantaneously). I use this key a lot for opening Browser link on a new tab. And now it always open two tabs.Minor Problem 1. Desktop Switching with gesture button is Too Sensitive.
I assigned desktop switching (left/right), to the middle button on top (not a wheel), as a gesture button (left/right).
I'm very used to dragging about 15mm for a single step desktop switch.
- But now this 15mm drag triggers 2-step switch. (cursor speed is same as before)
- And I have to drag about 5~8mm very precisely to go a single step.
- This is maybe okay for trackpads, but too sensitive for a mouse. Because I use my wrist to make a gesture.Minor Problem 2. This Feedback Modal is too Volatile to Write Anything Long.
I tried to find some feature's exact name to write a proper feedback.
- But when I click outside this modal, it closes immediately and every inputs (including email) I made are gone.
- Also crtl-z key doesn't work here.1 major and 2 minor Problems.

Display Size of Sanak Varients
I had connected Sanak -1 M550 (Medium) and Sanak +2 M750L (Large) varients to Options+ software.
In the software size of both "Medium" and "Large" mouse appears to be same though user can find by looking at the device name.
But it would be good to have different mouse sizes displayed for different varients1 vote -
Autonomia Residua e Percentuale ricarica
L'applicazione è un buon update della precedente. L'unica vera mancanza rispetto a prima è che con i mouse wireless, viene solo mostrata l'icona "In Carica" e non la percentuale. Anche durante l'uso, al massimo dice "Carica sufficiente", ma sarebbe ottimo conoscere l'autonomia residua.

Mogelijkheden om functietoetsen in te stellen
Ik gebruik best wel veel applicaties waarbij ik functietoetsen gebruik. Het zou voor mij handig zijn als ik:
1. Per applicatie de standaardmodus van de toetsen in kan stellen (functietoetsen of andere functies).

Inactive devices
Devices keep losing functionality and defaulting to default behaviour. They are shown as inactive on the application with no indication of what that means or how to fix it.

Daemon not running in the background
After waking the computer up from sleep, the daemon did not run in the background.

Backlight turns off in the dark after a few seconds, G502 dpi settings taken over by beta, beta installer not connecting on logitechs side
there is an option to disable the backlight for the mx keys now completely, but none to edit the timout of the backlight... everybody is annoyed about the few seconds of backlight and still, you just cannot have some software guy give the people the option to expand the timeout or just disable the sensor and maybe, just have it turned of by the users as they wish. and btw. the mx keys turns off the backlight even when it's dark and you cannot read the keys at all. The Logitech Options+ beta Downloader failed due to "Network Problems on my side" for 25 attempts before finally downloading. The Mouse dpi settings for the G502 were overtaken by the options+ beta although it should have been managed by G-Hub.
Please please please, give on software programmmer with connection to backlight timing a gamestop share and kindly ask him to give the freedom of backlighting back to the people. Power to the people.Kind regards and i will uninstall the beta now.

mx master 3 for mac指针非常不准确，调整指针速度也不行。速度太快和太慢都不行。

some suggestions to improve
I have 2 suggestions:
1. if possible could you please add a button to apply some settings for all applications, for example, if I want use one gesture for all , i have to change all these applications setting one by one. if i can selection 'use global setting' then i can only change once.
2. in the sofeware for Gaming mouse , i can change some button's action by using a keyboard key e.g. ctrl+q , but in this software , there's no that choice, if we can define the function by ourself , that will be great.

비활성화 되어있다는 이유로 설정을 변경할 수 없습니다. 펌웨어 버전도 알 수 없다고 뜹니다.

Better than options
There are 2 great thing I found in this new logi options+. The first is there's no bug, because in logitech options before there's a problem with keyboard shortcut everytime my laptop startup (I use k380 and win11). The second is I love it because there are so many options for button custumization, so I can my maximize my fn to work easier

Customized buttons do not work for selective apps
Custom keyboard shortcut does not work with Adobe Creative Cloud application on Mac devices for the MX Master 3 for Mac.

Thumb Wheel Zoom bug
Using the thumb scroll wheel to Zoom in and out on Firefox, lots of glitches - often zooms in and then gets stuck there. Luckily I have an Apple magic trackpad to pinch and zoom back out. this issue has just happened since using Options+

Not working properly on M1 Macs
Still not working on M1 Macs.

ERRO NO BOTÃO DE GESTOS
Algumas configurações que eu selecionei para o botão de gestos, não está funcionando. Quando clico no botão de gestos e movo o mouse, o comando não é dado. No App anterior o comando funcionava normalmente.
