Mouse&keyboard inactive
I can use my keyboard and mouse with their standard settings on macos. But the logi options+ app does say my mouse and keyboard are inactieve. So my profiles don't get loaded.. Kinda frustrating... Can't force connect them trought the app

Couldn't find option to download pre configured program for Word & Excel
It would be better to have pre-configured mouse buttons for Microsoft word & Excel. currently its available for MX Master 3. i didn't find any option to download those configuration

이지스위치 1번에 블루투스로 잡아둔 키보드가 컴퓨터에 연결이 안됨 (블루투스, 유니파잉, 유선 셋 다 연결 안됨)
컴퓨터를 켰는데 키보드 이지스위치 1번에 불이 계속 깜박이면서 블루투스 연결도 안잡히고 컴퓨터 화면잠금에서 비밀번호를 못 쳐서 컴퓨터를 못 켜고 있었어요 다행히 기존에 연결해둔 애플 무선키보드가 연결되어 있어서 비밀번호를 입력하고 화면잠금을 해지할 수 있었는데
유니파잉 수신기를 꽂아놨는데 유니파잉 수신기가 이지스위치 3번에 입력된 상태라 그런지 연결이 안되고 블루투스 유선으로해도 키보드가 작동을 안하고 계속 불만 깜박이네요 로지옵션플러스 설정에서 공장초기화 기능이 있길래 해봤는데 이지스위치 설정은 초기화 되지 않네요 어떻게 해결하면 될까요?2 votes -
Computers show as disconnected
I am havingt trouble connecting the two computers. I did it yesterday, but now today it's not working. I have a mac with latest os, and windows 11. bth computers show the other computer, but they say disconnected. How do I reconnect?

Use keyboard shortcuts from system preferences of the user to initiate actions, or Accessibility API
Please use the system shortcuts for the different functions. I change deskstop switching from the Ctrl+Left and Right arrow to Ctrl+Opt+Cmd+arrows, so I can use Ctrl+arrows to skip words in my Windows remote and VM sessions. Unfortunately your system uses the default and not "real", the system-configured keyboard shortcuts to initiate actions, so anything I have changed stops working. Other possibility would be I think to ask Accessibility permissions and just kick things around directly. Feel free to send me stuff to try, I have 3 Macs, and I am C++ guy so not afraid of crashes ;)

Após o mac voltar da tela de descanso, o mouse não é identificado pelo programa, fica como inativo e nenhum atalho funciona.

PD虚拟机内滚轮延迟
在Macbook pro 14 2021, M1pro, 采用Parallels Desktop安装的windows11系统里，鼠标滚动存在延迟。具体案例：在Acrobat阅读PDF并显示整页时，滚动单格滚轮无法翻页，需连续滚动多次才可翻页。在office套件中也有类似问题。

Gestures get disable while using the MX M3. Mouse needs to be restarted to enable gestures back again.
I have encountered very often that the custom setting I made for my MX 3 are disabled and the mouse is acting as if Logi Option + (or the non +) is not installed. To make it work back again I have to restart the mouse, but not always that restart work.

키보드 중복 눌림 문제
mx keys 타이핑시에 1~4 번정도 중복으로 눌러질때가 있습니다.
ㅇ키를 눌렀을때 ㅇㅇㅇ 이렇게 여러번 입력되는 경우가 있는데 키보드 고장인가요??

More accurate description of features. How is it achieved? Smooth scrolling for instance, how are you achieving this? Different scroll speed, software implementation etc. Scrolling mode, how does that work exactly? I think there's some electromagnet creating resistance, accurate descriptions help users make more informed decisions on what to choose instead of trying to figure out by testing and speculation. It's important to remember not to treat people like they cannot understand, those who care about the settings will gladly read to understand how it works and how the settings are achieved instead of having to play a test and guess game. :)

Window behaviour and better GUI space utilization
The window cannot be maximized or put into half-view (win+arrows). There's a lot of unused space and very small text. I'd rather have a compact view and get more useful desktop real estate. Especially useful when the laptop resolution is low.

原有options里面word设置拇指按键能上一页，下一页，现在这个options+没有了，请加回来，虽然增加了对WPS的支持，但是对文本和表格操作并没有实际功能性优化

Gesture button not working at random times
The gesture button on my MX MASTER 3 stops working at random times, except the change desktop gesture. When it happens, I must launch Option + and wait for a while, then it works again after a few minutes.

Not recognising connected devices
As soon as you open the app, the device connected isn’t immediately recognised and doesn’t show up even if it has been removed and connected again.

MX MAster Upgrade
This mouse needs to be updated to be used with the new Bolt. It's expensive, amazing, nice and I can't use it with the new Bolt usb, I bought two, and can't use them...
