Need Back Up Option
Can we not backup our configurations anymore like I was able to do with Options?

MX Master 3 & MX Keys issues Mac Mini M1
Hello, I have been experiencing a few issues, hope this helps
Device: M1 mac mini big sur 11.6
Mouse: MX Master 3
Keyboard: MX Keys plusKeyboard backlight often fails to turn on, I can't turn it on/adjust it using media keys ( other media keys work during this)
Media key on f5 ( show desktop ) fails half of the time (issue was also present on previous non-beta version)
When connecting mouse with unifying dongle, it sometimes gets very janky/unresponsive
Mouse flow is not working as expected, it does switch once or twice then stop functioning (same version on other device, macbook air 2017 intel big sur)

Keyboard inactive
Even if the keyboard is connected, it appears grey and inactive in logi option +.
We can. use the keyboard, but without the function keys. Super annoying. Please gives us, at least, a way to force/restart the link.

Keyboard lighting while charging
Could we have a feature that lets us keep the keyboard lighting turned on if the keyboard is plugged in and charging? Also, I could have sworn that when I first got the keyboard i could wake it up by waving my hand over it. Did I dream this? :)

imposing unwanted notifications
PLEASE STOP imposing notifications on me about your products - the effect will certainly be for me to never buy again! Please email me with HOW i can remove these 2 problems which because of frequency have become very irritating: 1 - WIN11 will not close without warning me that your program remains active; 2 - where do i find PC app settings to turn off all notifications? backlight sensor turns off light
Please allow an option to keep the keyboard backlight on at all times when the computer is awake. The sensor stops lighting the keys far too quickly

Switch between tabs feature glitch
"switching between tabs" feature for MX Master 3 on Chrome is glitched. It jumps randomly when using the side scroll. Please fix..

Excel horizontal scroll disables vertical scroll
Horizontal scroll in Excel locks up the Vertical Scroll.
1. Vertical scroll works as expected
2. Use horizontal scroll
3. Vertical scroll is now locked out and now movement.To reset:
1. Click either vert or horz scroll bar. Vertical and horz scroll work again until next horz scroll.To fix:
Set Excel to run as admin. This has a secondary side effect that it breaks power query but does fix the scroll issue. I cannot leave this way because of the power query issue:Excel:

Tecla de captura de pantalla ya funciona
Lo primero que me ha gustado es que ahora si es configurable la tecla de captura de pantalla (camara/F17) y, por tanto, funciona. Cosa que no hacía en la version anterior en la que esta tecla no aparece como configurable y no hacía ninguna funcion.

MX Master 3 not detected
Suddenly my MX Master 3 for Mac doesnt appear in this app anymore. Logi Option (normal) can still detect it but it tells me to open in Option+. And in Option+, just some words "Connect your device(s)" are on display. I tried to uninstall/reinstall, disconnect/forget the device, restart the Mac... Nothing happens.

Toewijzen apparaatwissel aan knop bovenzijde
waarom kan ik bijna alles toewijzen aan de knoppen aan de bovenzijde, behalve datgene wat ik vaak gebruik zoals het wisselen tussen de apparaten, daarvoor moet ik steeds de knop aan de onderkant gebruiken.

Functional Media Keys
I can't figure out how to get the media keys to map to spotify. Initially, when I hit F8 / play, iTunes would launch. However, now I can't seem to get the keys to do anything. Perhaps they only work once in iTunes / Apple Music, but would be great to be able to use the keys with other music players.

Fan always on
On my Surface Pro 6, the fan is always on and I have to kill the Logi Options+ process in task manager. Then the fan stops running. Hope this helps.

Hallo liebes Logitech-Team,
die MX Keys Tastatur ist hervorragend, sowohl zum Schreiben als auch zum Spielen (ich verstehe nicht, warum Gamer immer mechanische Tastaturen mit hohen Schaltern bevorzugen). Mit Sicherheit werde ich mir auch die MX Master 3 kaufen. Was aber ist genau der Unterschied zwischen der Standard Edition von Maus und Tastatur und der Version "for business"? Außerdem habe ich mein Passwort vergessen und bekomme keine Mail zur Zurücksetzung von Ihnen. Habe ich eine falsche E-Mail Adresse angegeben oder habe ich mich noch überhaupt nicht angemeldet?

Mode Switch Button customization
It's not just a mouse anymore :-) The customization is really a cool feature.
Expect one thing, customizing the Top Button (Mode Shift Button) does not work.
