  2. I will no longer be a customer due to this AI debarcle

    Please do not run the AI command in the background when I have chosen NOT to use that feature. It takes computer resources unnecessarily and I have no idea what that process is doing. With the introduction of the AI functionality into mouse software, and it effectively running without my permission, I will be doing the only thing I can that has any impact, albeit negligible from a logi point-of-view, and no longer buy logi products.

  3. ai_overlay_tmp directory on Mac

    Since the latest AI prompt update, I'm getting an empty directory "aioverlaytmp" created in my Mac home (it comes back if I delete it). Please fix this and for bonus points allow me to completely remove the AI prompt feature, because I don't want it. It's a keyboard/mouse companion, I don't want it to do any AI. If you want to offer it, separate app, problem solved.

  7. Logitech AI Prompt Builder UI - WIN 11 system scaling ignored

    Logitech AI prompt buidler (ChatGPT) does not launch with system scaling consistently. It more often than not, will launch with 0% system despite windows 11 being scaled to to something like %225. Screen shot attached.

  8. Can't reset buttons to Open AI Prompt Builder -- I can't use my mouse buttons per normal

    When setting a key to the Open AI Prompt Builder, I can click the radio button next to several mouse keys and they each change to "Open AI Prompt Builder" but I can't revert any of them back to their original purpose. Currently my mouse buttons don't work as normal and just open the Open AI Prompt Builder. How do I change them back?

  9. AI Prompt Builder won't accept enough text to summarize

    AI prompt builder does not accept enough text to be useful for summaries. We don't need it to accept book length, but we do need it to accept newspaper or magazine articles! I can copy paste directly into chatGPT with no problem but the go between prompt builder doesn't cut it...

  10. AI Prompt Builder is a BAD idea and reduces trust in LogiTECH

    Logitech AI prompt builder running in background is a terrible THING. It takes up precious memory and I do not use it for anything.

    Please provide option for not lauching it at startup, or opting in to use it, rather then load it on startup by default.

    please provide a way to remove the AI Prompt Builder and any other extras that a user doesn't want. this item is not enabled, but still runs a process in the task manager.

  12. AI builder is awesome, but needs some updates

    Your company recently released API prompt builder I saw one of the videos made by the developer asking for input regarding this new function. For starters the limited characters allowed and copy and paste message is a problem please extend this to be unlimited or higher limit. Second I would recommend having the different AI prompt as a smart action trigger so unique prompts can be dedicated to hotkeys and skip the prompt builder window as it slows the process down

  13. "AI Prompt Builder" running, modifying system, even when disabled.

    The GPT integration is ridiculous and a nuisance. Even though I've disabled it, I see the "AI Prompt Builder" process sucking up CPU and memory resources in the background. It keeps creating a folder called ai_overlay_tmp in my home directory---even though, again, I've disabled the feature. Logi Options has also been burning more resources since the feature appeared.

    I want to disable the entire integration and I want assurances that OpenAI isn't collecting my data.

    I'm not planning on buying another Logitech product. You know this is a mouse driver, right?

    Absolutely do not want this app installing AI features as part of automatically installed updates. This is a severe breach of trust for a keyboard and mouse company. Major WTF.

  16. disable AI stay in your lane! what if every manufacturer did this? ridiculous.

    i don't want an ai builder taking up system resources for my logitech gear. please remove this or allow users to easily disable. or even better, don't enable it unless users want to. this is my system, not yours. logitech is not AI so stop running things on my system not related to your software or i will buy other hardware. i detest force bloatware STOP.

    常駐するみたいなので、できればオンオフできたり、使用したいときだけアプリが起動するみたいな仕様にできないでしょうか。
    機能はとても有益なのですが、常駐することでパソコン全体が重くなるのが懸念です。

    ich habe Probleme mit dem Logi AI Prompt Builder. Ich habe einen Login für ChatGPT und alles ist eingestellt. Wenn ich auf Submit klicke, wird auch das ChatGPT-Fenster geöffnet. Leider wird der Text vom Prompt-Builder nicht eingefügt. Was mache ich falsch?

  20. Perchè non permettere l'assegnazione di alt,shift,ctrl... ai tasti del mouse?

    Sarebbe un'ottima idea permettere di assegnare ai tasti del mouse non solo delle combinazioni di tasti, ma anche i singoli tasti speciali come control,shift ecc...
    Il workflow in alcuni programmi migliorerebbe molto
