LR Classic new AI functions
Hi, I am using the MX Creative Console (both keypad and dialpad) with Logi Options+ version 1.96.781095 on [macOS 26.0.1]. I use it with Adobe Lightroom Classic version 14.5.1.
I created a Console button which applies a preset that applies the “Adaptive Color” profile in Lightroom Classic. When I press the mapped button, the profile/preset is applied correctly but the subsequent AI processing step does not execute, so I must manually click the the “Update AI settings” button in Lightroom to complete the process. Unexpected AI-related service installed without notice
I work in a critical operations team on a relatively secured network. The recent Logi+ Options update installed and enabled an "AI Prompt Builder" service without my consent and without an explanation of what it does; given the name, I would anticipate that it may be gathering information on my usage patterns and storing that information somewhere. (Depending on what information it stores and where, I may have to inform our sourcing and infrastructure teams of this as a policy concern for future purchasing of Logitech products.) Stop your absurd pivot into AI
The AI functionality you're shoehorning into this software is desperate and absurd. If this is the direction you're going, I don't think I'm going to be able to continue buying / using your products in future. Just keep building great peripherals, don't fall into the hype trap, and for the love of God don't build a subscription "forever mouse".

Adobe ads annoying, stop putting AI in everything
The Adobe ads are SUPER SUPER SUPER annoying. No, I don't want to be presented with the "offer" every f*cking time I bring up the configuration tool for my mouse. And no, I don't need seventeen AI tools preconfigured for it either. My mouse doesn't need AI. If I want to use AI, then I will use other tools. Integrating AI is an absolute misfeature.

Why is there AI in mouse drivers?
I don't want any AI builder in my mouse driver SW! Can you please remove it, or disable it completely. There is 0 reasons for mouse drivers to require 10 running processes and half gig of RAM, seriously!

Fix memory leak before adding useless AI features
Can you please fix your memory leak before adding this AI rubbish to your product? Oftentimes, LogiOptions+ will be consuming Gigabytes of memory for no good reason at all. It has been happening for years with this software, and still not fixed, yet you find time to add "AI" <facepalm> . Let your engineers fix this before adding new features that might make a product manager look good.

Make the "AI prompts" optional, debloat the app
Please remove the bloatware like those "AI prompts" and stuff. Make it optional, at least. Reduce the memory footprint of the app down to 3MB maximum.

Guys, you are the worst. This app is getting shittier and shittier, now you are pushing some useless AI prompt builder down my throat. Another piece of **** that I don't need that runs in background and creates some **** folders in my home directory. I just want to use my ******* keyboard. Why does it have to be this hard?

Get rid of AI or make it opt-in
Very disappointing that you added AI features without informing consumers and making it unclear how to opt-out. Boo 👎👎 two thumbs down. I regret buying your products and I'm unlikely to purchase from you again in the future -- unless you can be more transparent about how you are implementing AI/what it's purpose is/make it opt-IN, not opt-out.
